I had heard over the past years sub has gone downhill, but this is a new low, I know they were busy with the convention, but they were rushing people and this is the sandwich. I got barely 2 to 3 slices of meat. This is the most pathetic sandwich I've ever received from Subway, next time if l end up at Subway and I see them skipping on the meat I'm just walking out

I placed an online order to be picked up ahead of time. I came in a few minutes earlier than my pick up time. Upon arrival I told the manager, Johnny i had placed an online order but was a few minutes early. I asked Johnny if it would be possible for me to receive my sandwich then since there was no one in line, and the people before me had been serviced. Johnny stated he hadn’t received my order. I then showed him my order confirmation and that my sandwich was paid in full. Johnny still refused to make my sandwich. He told me he would only make it if i paid again. At that point he began taking the customers behind me’s order, completely dismissing me. I asked him and his coworker why would they take individuals who came after me if they just insisted i place the order there? They continued to be-little me and laugh at me and spew micro aggressions asking me if i could even understand them/do I speak English while I continued defending myself. It wasn’t until I retrieved the police officer did Johnny somehow magically found my order and want to start making it. It's weird: he went from screaming he didnt have it and I didnt pay for it to magically finding it. I asked for my refund and will not be returning to be discriminated against. Johnny should find a new occupation if he cant handle simple managerial skills such as effective communication and problem solving.

We were in town for a basketball tournament and stayed at the Omni Hotel and it’s connected to the CNN center. We ate in this food court for a few days and it was so expensive. There are a few good options but there a lot of closed businesses.
