On my way to work i stopped at the BP for a sandwich at Subway. There was barely any talking but i gasp when i saw the lady fix my sandwich put it in the toaster and then proceeded to ring me out at the register with the same gloves on she was fixing my sandwich with and didn’t even switch out her gloves when she finished making my sandwich. Everybody who worked there probably been touching on the register and she touched my food right after touching that nasty machine. Yuck!! This is why you cannot eat everybody’s food. That was totally disgusting and i just wasted my money on this trash. People are so nasty and unsanitary I rather just wait until i get home.

I ordered online and the guy said he didn't see my order...I showed him my receipt and he still argued my husband down that he didn't receive the order...My husband ended up paying to keep from arguing...and the subs were sloppy and disgusting...I want my refund...This is ridicuolous...I will dispute this I promise...I have both receipts...

I just arrived today to order a sandwich at 7:09pm the employee has the door locked at 7:09 instead of 8pm which is on the door and despite Google saying they close at 9pm on Sunday. He had no customers and all the lights on as if the business was still open. It's horrible customer service because it seems as if he can close whenever he feels like it. It does appear to be a pretty clean establishment and I've never had a problem with the food. Service and customer service is trash though.

I had a bad experience on today. The Indian lady tried to argue with me about how I want my sandwich to be made. I only ask her to warm the chicken up first before putting it on the bread. I will not be coming here again.

This Subway is located at 2722 Candler Road Decatur, GA 30034 inside of the BP gas station at the corner of Candler Rd and Rainbow Dr. When you enter the convenience store turn right and Subway is straight ahead. Their Health Score is 89 = B on 12/28/2023. See photo. This was my 1st time ordering here. Today, I selected two Footlong Subs, one Steak and Cheese and the other one Ham and Turkey. Both were made as I requested so I'm satisfied with my order. Subway is currently running an online or app special only, where you buy one Footlong and get the other one FREE until 1/24 use code FLBOGO. The service was good and I was greeted when I approached the counter. Naj asked if I had an online order and she asked me to confirm the order before handing it to me to make sure I was the correct person. The ambiance is of a typical convenience store. Customers are in and out because it's also a gas station. I didn't have any problems with my order today so I'd definitely recommend this location for lunch or dinner. It was the Steak and Cheese Sub for me. Enjoy!!!

Very clean. I like how the food is enclosed in a glass case and opened when in use. Service was great. Other than it being inside of a gas station it was a nice experience.
In the gas station. Standard food (which I like) but I was waiting in line for a very long time (20-25 min) as the one guy behind the counter worked his hardest to serve everyone. Feel bad for the guy but he needs at least one more pair of hands before I change the review.
