Terrible customer service. I ordered and sandwich and a bottle of water. The sandwich was left at my front door, but no water. I called the store to request a refund, and the woman repeatedly said, “It’s not my fault. I always tell them to check the order.” Refused to make it right. I will not order from that store again.

Was closed at 8.20 at Monday but should work to 9. I was should call to owner to get my food. Need organise work better

Ordered on GrubHub. Bun dried up, barely any meat on sandwich and they forgot my drink. Im guessing you feel you are saving on food cost buy gving me a dried up bun and skimping on the meat. Your thought process on saving on food cost is flawed. Here is why...I will never return. It's not my first time there. You may have saved $1 or maybe $2 on my order but the truth is you lost me as a customer. That was a $25 order. If I came in 4 times a year that's $100 you have lost. If you do that to just 5 people a day at let's say $12 per order. Thats conservative you are losing 20 - 50 k per year. Thats why McDonald's is no longer in Dunwoody. Hope you figure this out for the sake of your business.BTW - Have you looked at your reviews? You have done exactly what I described.

It’s 7 pm and the website says they close at 830pm , I’m here before even 7 pm there is a guy inside but he locked the door and he says they close, this is so terrible service.. I do not recommend this store

Worst experience ever. I eat at different Subways 4 days a week for years now and this is the last time I will come back to this location. I had to make a comment after watching one employee (sandwich starter) stand and watch the other employee struggle and fall behind to finish the sandwiches and check people out. He said he was following the rule book and to go to McDonalds if I don’t want to wait so I left.

We ordered our food for curbside pickup, paid online, and scheduled to be picked up at 5:00pm. Got to the store notified the store through the app that we were there and nobody ever came out. My Mom is handicapped and on a walker so she didn't want to try and walk into the store, but after calling 6 times and waiting 10minutes we left.

This is a horrible subway they close a hour early and refuse to let you in and or let you order food they are very dirty and rude as well do not recommend at all and subway should close it down or at least hire better people

We'd given up on this Subway because it felt hot (temperature) and dirty. Then the nearby Jersey Mike's shut down temporarily for a renovation. So, I went into Subway and had a great experience with who I assume were the owners. Pleased after a my experience, I went in again - only to be met by a surly worker who did not acknowledge me. She rolled her eyes and scoffed when I asked for a veggie patty. "Yeah, they don't have any" was her response. Feel sorry for the owners if this is who they're entrusting their business to. Back to Jersey Mike's. (and I really liked the Subway veggie patty)

When I picked up an order from this location I watched the young man handle cash, answer the phone and make sandwiches while wearing the same gloves. So wrong on SOOO MANY LEVELS.

I visited this location with a friend. The 2 employees did not pay much attention to us, they were out of the first item ordered, one employee continually asked us to repeat our order because he was wearing ear buds and then proceeded to touch his mask (during Covid19) and face while making a sandwich. I declined to eat that sandwich and will never eat at a Subway again.
