No restroom, no ice, line moves super slow, barely any chips or bottled drinks, fountain machine doesn’t work, limited ingredients. Literally it’s always something.
Got the sandwich of the day (Monday) Cold Cut Combo.. I was told it’s made with bologna ham and salami.. I only got bologna on the sandwich.. tomatoes so small look like slices of cherry tomatoes & soft.. onions look dried out and the Italian herb & cheese bread was hard… I just worked 10hrs then a dr appointment and don’t feel like taking it back… Did I mention a puddle of water was on the floor in front of the door.. Store just need a deep cleaning… But the workers wasn’t rude or anything..
The nerve to ask for a freaking tip when they bearly have ingredients to go on the sandwiches one day out of tomatoes next day no lettuce today Saturday 12-14-2024 no turkey at all and it’s just pass 12 noon oh did I forget I ask for chocolate chip cookie and you know what out of that too subway has lost me again and still can’t get over asking me for a tip when you gonna end up putting one slice of meat on it anyway 😡

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE!! I've given it 3 tries regretted it everytime. You will stand there while the employees moves slow and lazily and ignore you for 20 minutes! They are also waiting to cop an attitude with you. I feel sorry for them but it's the worst fast food place I've ever been in my life.

Idk who runs this place but that light skinned guy with dreads should not be representing anyone’s establishment at all. As a business owner myself I was appalled that someone even hired him let alone made him the manager of their establishment. He is rude when acknowledging customers and then when making my sandwich he got mad because he asked me what I wanted and I told him and the first thing he proceeded to do was put an item I did not request on my sandwich. Now I’m not even paying attention the other customer in the store noticed and spoke up for me and when I noticed I asked him to remove them and he threw them back into the dish with an attitude. I feel as a paying customer and someone who supports this business on a regular the way I and my food was treated was truly uncalled for. With that being said I’d like a call from corporate to address this further or better yet go do some damage control on this location because it truly is a bad look to have unpleasant workers
Went there a few minutes ago and this AA male in there with the nastiest laziest attitude. I ordered six sandwhiches and there was one slice of meat on it. What he did was slice the meat pack for one sandwich and used it for two. I asked for my money back and he said I had to go online. If you buying sandwiches like that from this place please stop giving your money away. I'm calling corporate and sending them the pictures. It's a shame they come to the black neighborhoods and get over. It was a lettuce and tomato sandwich. Oh and he told me it prints how much meat goes on the sandwhich. Since when? It comes prepackaged. I understand his pain though, bro you work at Subway.

Literally came here after work today at 9:38am the, sign says it's supposed to open at 9:00am but the women working on Thursday morning just looked at me and kept the door locked while they were doing whatever, then I waited an additional 10 mins to see if they would open the door and they didn't, even more customers walked up and still they looked at us as still kept the door locked smh unacceptable! Loses money for business and very unprofessional to not be open by opening hrs and to deliberately ignore customers will never return

The customer service sucks older dude working day shift low hair cut salt and pepper mustache to busy trying to be hood and cool he needs to act his age and listen instead of the customer repeating themselves over and over again,, because he trying to rap the songs on the overhead radio.

This location is always out of something even shortly after they opened. They often do not open on time. The online ordering is more than likely turned off. So I guess I have to start traveling to old national even though this place is literally across the street.

DO NOT come to this subway. They are low staffed and the staff they do have don’t have a bone of customer service and the manager and owner do not know how to run a business. They don’t have anything ready, even bread, which is crazy for a sandwich shop. Don’t get me started on the online service. If you order something online and they don’t get it, your sandwich will not be made and you have to call your bank to dispute. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to the one in union city or Fairburn, because this Subway has lost their customer service. Will never come to Subway again

I waited 40 minutes for a salad is very unprofessional and slow. They need to get rid of all of those people who work here. People are walking out is my horrible experience I ever encountered. Please do not go here.
