The manager, I think his name is milton the older guy is very rude. I will never eat here again. He doesn’t know how to talk to the customers or the employees I spend to much money there to hear him talk to the people like trash.

The last time I visited I purchased 2 sandwiches at the drive thru. When I got back to work I had 2 sandwiches all bread no meat! Check your food at the drive thru!

Horrible service. Went in to order a sandwich and a simple mistake was made. Simply asked if he put pepperoni on my sweet onion chili teriyaki. Got attitude. Whatever. Shrugged it off. Person doing toppings was up next so made small talk. Asked if she was getting tired of the masks. She didn't have one and they truly do irritate the ears. Work EMS and wear them for over 12 hours and while on shift. Person who originally got attitude told her to go get a mask and the person on register took over toppings. Original person without the mask went to the register. Still without a mask but whatever. Told her I wanted the meal with cookies and a drink. She kept looking at the menu board behind her and asked if I wanted one cookie. I said, no. I wanted the meal option to the left of that one. A drink and chips OR cookies and said I wanted the cookies. Paid and looked at my receipt. Got charged for chips, cookies, and a drink. No problem. Point it out and she starts fussing at the original person with attitude that I had said chips when I never said chips. I pointed out that it said chips OR cookies and I asked for the cookies. The other deal she originally looked at said chips and 1 cookie and I asked for the deal with the chips or cookies so it was two cookies. The original attitude guy came over and said he was just going to refund the chips. I get things are unusual right now. Customer service doesn't go out the window because of it. If people had just been friendly then it would have been fine. Won't be back and will warn others to stay away.

Probably the worst Subway branch I've ever been to. The workers are rude and incredibly slow. I shouldn't be in the drive-thru watching them take and make orders for three different people that came after I had placed mine. Especially when it's not busy and there's three employees working. I waited close to 15 minutes to get my single foot long sandwich and as a former Subway employee, knowing that their employees should be able to make a sub in a minute, there's really no excuse. If you need more time, at the very least you could provide decent customer service and let people know versus rolling your eyes when asked how much longer it'll be.
All the meat's taste the same. They are all bologna based.

Subway employee Chris threatened me. Said he was a violent men and that he was going to punch me in my s**** I came to this location @ 9 pm to get the $2.99 roasted chicken breast 6" sub special. At first a young girl was making my sand which until i asked if she was going to change gloves before closing the sand which because she ran out of mayo i think so she started to look through all the cabinets or doors to find a new one.. she got upset and asked Chris to fold the sand which up for her. He decides to only put on one glove while his raw left hand was left uncovered. I asked if he could make it again after I asked him about that and if they were out of gloves he said ya. he proceeded to violently throw the sand which in the trash while cursing at the same time. so i took my camera out and started recording. he threatened punch me in my s**** if i didn't stop recording him, they kicked me out and threatened to call the police. *** see the google review i did for the video. yelp don't allow videos yet.
