The White bread was very Hard, it was a lady there that didn't wear Plastic gloves when she was fixing someone food. But I asked her to put on gloves when she was fixing my meal. She start fixing my sandwich very slow and rolling her eyes.

Dirty, nasty, and trifling - Thts just talking about the workers, the food is disgusting as well. Everything in there unsanitary. Don’t know how this location still open. Even the cookies hard as bricks. They don’t want to be in there working and they make it very obvious so I can only imagine what they doing to the food that you can’t see.

Their toaster was not working. So the sandwich was cold. Manager was at a table next to me playing his videos. Very distracting. Bathroom was in ruff shape. Overall this restaurant needs some work.

I didn't even bother to order food! As soon as I walked in and seen the female employees sitting down in the lobby, and then they had the nerve to say to each other, "Let's play 'Rock, Paper, Scissors' to see which one of us takes her order," I immediately walked out. I was not about to let them play with me or my food. Not an ounce of care or respect would've been given to me.

I normally don’t ever make reviews but the staff at this location are a joke. Waited in line for 10 minutes (which isn’t an issue, I’m patient with food service staff). When it gets to my turn the lady asks my order. Phone rings so she walks away to answer and still has her gloves on. When she returns she starts going to make my sandwich and I ask her to change her gloves. She proceeds to walk away, and tell the person at the front she refuses to serve me now. Like girl lol your being disgusting in a food service place. Not coming back. All the containers were just left open, flies on the food and clearly the staff doesn’t wash their hands or change their gloves in between touching different things. Where is the management for this store?!
The only reason why I am giving them only 2 stars is because darn near everytime I come here, either the system down, the toaster isn't working, they can't scan my coupon...something. The ladies are very nice and generous with the sandwiches, but why can't the machinery work properly as it should on a daily basis?? Seems like the owner needs to invest in upgraded items to make his store run better. I know it's frustrating for his employees...

I HAVE TRIED SOOO HARD NO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW ABOUT THIS SUBWAY BUT TODAY....THEY EARNED IT....SOO HERE I GO....THERE IS YOUNG BLACK WOMAN THAT WORKS THERE AND SHE IS VERY RUDE EVERY TIME I GO THERE..SHE BUILDS THE SANDWHICH AS IF SHE IS ANGRY....BEING BLACK, SHES OBVIOUSLY A SINGLE MOTHER WITH NO SUPPORT THEREFORE HER CHILD SITS AT A TABLE WHILE SHE WORKS....THE PROBLEM IS HER ATTITUDE AND TODAY AFTER I INDICATED TO HER WHAT I WANTED ON MY SANDWICH SHE UTTERED SOMETHING THAT I DIDNT HEAR CLEARLY BUT I RESPONDED TOO BY SAYING YES THANK YOU...AT WHICH POINT SHE TOLD ME SHE WAS NOT SPEAKING TO ME AND I NEED TO GET MY EARS CLEANED OUT..... I will never come here again and to be honest I want a refund. I ordered a sub through the app, which I normally don’t do but only did it because the buy one footlong get one free. I ordered both subs to include oil and vinegar. Now I NEVER had this issue, but idk if the guy soaked both subs in it but it felled apart and I tried to eat it but it was disgusting and soggy, so I trashed it.
