Tried it for the first time. Ordered a strawberry cheesecake milkshake exotic. It was fine. My problem was with the consistency. I wish the milkshake was not that liquid.

Please beware of going to this location they are breaking into cars here often and the owner is uncaring and will not help out with the process of reporting to the police.the attitude is very unprofessional.

Sugar Baby Creamery is a delightful spot with an Instagram-worthy aesthetic! The shop boasts three adorable neon signs that make for fantastic photo ops. The menu is packed with a variety of tempting options. We tried the banana pudding and birthday cake ice creams, and both were absolutely delicious. The flavors were rich and the textures perfect. Highly recommend visiting for a sweet treat and some fun photo moments!

The ice cream was good. The place was cute. I just wish they had a restroom. No restroom for customers, or employees.

The ice cream was basic, but it was worse because the service was pretty horrible. The wait staff seemed extremely annoyed just taking our order, and there were only 2 employees working on this Saturday night. They also took about 20 minutes to serve a milkshake and ice cream, which i wouldn’t have minded but paired with the horrible service, super high prices, and basic taste, this turned out to be a negative experience for me. I definitely would not come back or recommend. The wait staff also told us at 11:30pm that we had to leave because he had to start putting up chairs. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I knew this wasn’t true and he just wanted to close shop early. It was pretty rude and lazy in my opinion.
Lastly, the business replying to reviews here defending themselves is a bit weird and off putting, and their promises are seemingly untrue because I saw another review complaining about the store being understaffed with two employees on a Saturday night, and the owner replied this won’t happen again, but it clearly did.

I literally got caught in a storm and said “why not?” I didn’t know what they sold but it’s rolled ice cream that I’ve always wanted to try. The gentleman at the counter was nice and patient and allowed me to get some footage for reviews without being weird. I built my own ice cream and it was delicious!!! I would recommend this business to others. I loved all of the little details such as the pink bow on the tip jar and how CLEAN AND ORGANIZED THE BACK WAS (I got a quick peek because the door was slightly ajar). I received more than Ice cream, I received an experience.

The ice cream was great, however the sevice was poor. No one greeted us, (party of 2) but happily greeted a selected few afterwards. The cashier was not pleasant and did not listen to our order correctly so ended up having to cash our orders on 2 separate bills. The ice cream was good, but because of the poor service, i will not be returning.
