Sugar Factory American Brasserie - Atlanta

The server was very friendly and knowledgeable, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t live up to expectations. We tried three different entrées, and each one was bland, dry, and lacked flavor it felt like the food was an afterthought.

The drinks and desserts were actually pretty good. I honestly wish that’s all we had ordered.

The restaurant itself felt dated, like it hasn’t been updated since 2013, and it wasn’t very clean, which didn’t help the overall experience. Based on the food and atmosphere, I wouldn’t recommend dining here.

Had reservations set got seated a hr n a half later. Staff walking around dazed and confused don’t have a clue. Food was mid, never coming back.

While the ambiance and location are stellar. The food was overpriced and subpar. The spinach dip gave store bought. The salmon on the Caesar was prepared to a medium temperature after requesting well done. The pasta wasn't truly al denté and the Alfredo sauce was scarce. The only saving grace to our experience was our server Brittany who was pleasant and accommodating.

Very cool atmosphere, crazy drinks and if your lucky Brittany is your bartender, she truly is the Heart of the bar. Had a great time on my birthday at the Sugar Factory

Erica was my waitress, the besttt!! My birthday was late and couldn’t come here on my birthday, so we came today and she gave me a cotton candy on the house!! Thank you Erica.

In not sure what happened to this place but the aesthetic of the restaurant does not match the prices!! It look run down and dirty now, and the candy room was empty!! Maybe they are going to close or maybe they are trying to revamp I am not sure. But what I can say it’s sure not worth 41 dollars for a cup of juice with smoke!

I was not impressed. It was my granddaughters birthday. The food was overcooked, and the restaurant itself was highly overrated. I ordered Cajun Chicken Pasta. The chicken was burnt on one side and had the texture of wood. I will not be visiting again. Olive Garden will beat them on a bad day. I was also disappointed with the portions. Good luck with the parking facilities.

Went here for the insane milkshakes to celebrate my daughter's birthday and was not disappointed. Isaiah W provided exceptional service. We will be back!

This place is good and really fun! They play music and the energy of the staff was great!! The only thing I didn't like and why I'm rating it like I did is it's WAY OVERPRICED!! $52 for those fancy drinks and the food was way overpriced as well. We spent $350 for 4 people. 2 alcohol drinks and 1 nonalcoholic drink plus food and 2 appetizers and 1 milkshake. For that we will not go back it's just overpriced. But everyone is different. If you go just be prepared to spend!

The seats are really close together, I wouldn't prefer basically sitting on top of people. Waitress was very nice, she didn't come by often but she did a good job. The spinach dip was like 4/10. Chicken stir fry very good, and watermelon pina colada was also very good.

First time and last time to this restaurant. The place looks run down and dirty , the food was terrible but our server was great. Sorry but I won't be going back.

The drinks are priced too high (the fishbowl drinks). My food was really good. I got a turkey burger with fries. The music was very loud, we could barely hear each other but it was a good playlist. My teens enjoyed it very much.

The atmosphere is definitely energetic so be prepared!! Such an exciting establishment for birthday celebrations!! Based on the reviews we did not order any food but the food looked very appetizing coming out to other surrounding tables. Our reservation was at 7:30 and we were sat at 7:15. I really appreciated that. Our server, Rashonda was very attentive, caring, informative, and friendly!! The birthday song and dance was hit!! The desserts were delectable and delicious !! Perfect place for desserts and mocktails!! Reservations highly recommended. What a fun outing!!
