The seats and table were dirty so the hostess probably should've had it cleaned before she seated us. Everything else was fine but i felt it was over priced.
the service was great but the food quality wasn't so good. i bought an alcoholic goblet and i was barely tipsy when i left the restaurant. I think they water down the drinks on top of charging very high prices. it seems like the restaurant itself is just a scam, extremely expensive but quality is not worth it.
The food was horrible. I ordered chicken and waffles and the waffles were hard and the chicken had no seasoning on it.
My experience was horrible. Being from out of town my mother & I were so disappointed with the outcome. Ordered 2 chicken and waffles the presentation was poor the taste was tasteless. As a result we asked for a refund and the manager gave us a hard time and stated that “this establishment doesn't do refunds” flabbergasted we were I've never heard of that. If a customer isn't satisfied with their food they shouldn't have to pay for something they aren't pleased with. So the end result was “we'll take one of your entrees off” but not both you'll have to order something in replace of the other/a meal equivalent! Will never return back port customer service so overrated never again. ** bartender was lovely margarita was excellent the manager very unprofessional
The food is way to overpriced and it wasn't good it lacked flavor I tried multiple items bc it was a table of 4 and we all tasted each others meal none of it was good.
Service was great waiter was on point and helpful. Food was OK to be honest I had the sesame ginger chicken salad and I feel like I could have made it at home just the same. Was not impressed at all. For the price tag it's not worth it in my opinion at all. Sorry for a super foodie like me it was less then desirable.
Waiters and hostesses were extremely rude and the food was quick but it was sub par at best , wouldn't recommend this location at all !
Nearly empty when we had our reservation and took nearly 10 minutes for the host to acknowledge us despite my kids chatting near the podium. I'm not a demanding patron as I have worked both front and back of the house of fine dining restaurants, but for $230 for a table of 3 (2 kids and one adult), I expected the food to be better and the mimosas to actually have alcohol in them... Mind you, I drink less than once per month. Probably once every two months tbh. I could taste the liqueurs in my flight of mimosas (I wasn't driving home so I splurged) but barely any bubbly in them. For reference, I've gotten buzzed off of 2 plain mimosas at the Delta Sky Club that were only in 6 ounce flutes... the mimosas at Sugar Factory were in big wine glasses and all I got was interesting flavor combinations and that's about it. :/ I ordered the Cajun Chicken Alfredo but it was so bland, I had to ask if I received the plain version by accident. On the plus side, my 8 and 13 year old kids loved the French fries as an appetizer but neither ate much of the rainbow sliders or pasta either... Speaking of which, they don't include sides for those sliders... which are targeted towards kids. Cute decor aside, I won't be recommending this restaurant. Especially since we didn't receive a dedicated children's menu from a restaurant that clearly looks to be for kids. So do with that information what you will.
Caitlyn sat a walk in and 2 reservations that were after our 8pm reservation. She also, never called my name but sent the message stating that the table was ready and even called my phone then immediately hung up. We got sat after about 40 minutes past our reservation and having to speak with the manager to bring up the issue of Caitlyn's skipping our reservation for walkins and later reservations of the same size. Once at the table, I waited an hour for my drink, then once our food came, my son's spaghetti with just sauce took another 30 minutes to come after the rest of our food (one of the meals was the surf and turf but came out before spaghetti and sauce). We also waited about 45 minutes for forks to be able to eat our food. The surf and turf got cold in that time and was no longer as good, and the asparagus as the side for that didn't come until the very end, after about an hour from when the surf and turf came.
Had a good time with our ramily but the floor is duper sticky and let me not start with the tables and the bathroom is disgusting

I brought my son here for his birthday dinner, we told the waitress as she asked if he wanted a birthday song as well. The answer was yes. But there was no birthday song. But a table after us received one and they came later. We also had a reservation which it was on there as well. The food was mediocre, however the turkey club was not tasty as the cut the meat into a block! The $52 dollar was over filled with ice. Spent almost $200 for nothing. Definitely was not worth it, it was nothing fun, or entertaining about this place. The food and drinks aren't even good! I will not be back!
I don't even know where to begin. I should have listened to the other bad reviews, but I was still trying to keep an open mind and give it a try. First, they were out of multiple menu items which the waitress didn't even know about and had to keep coming back to tell us. Next, the manager did not seem to care at all about the issues we were having with our food and only offered a 5% discount. Steak was not cooked, medium more like well done. Even though we didn't eat it. He stayed on his phone texting the entire time. Service was extremely slow. the place is super overrated and overpriced, and I will never ever be returning.
This place is definitely a must do once while in Atlanta. Everyone was so accommodating and fun. Be prepared to wait a long time for drinks. We waited well over 1.5 hours for our drinks to be served. The massive ice cream sundae feeds way more than 12 people- it's a must do for a special occasion if you have a lot of people- delicious and fun presentation.
Truthfully, my experience With my family was horrible and I was disappointing overall.
We weren't impressed. The food itself was ok - mediocre at best and they were out of several main ingredients, like steak. The ambience was also not what we expected. The decor was sad - paint chipped, walls crumbling, bathroom downstairs out of order, and bathroom upstairs out of toilet paper. In general, it was a real disappointment, but our server was nice. The experience was not worth the price.
