Had a 8PM Reservation and got seated at 9:15PM .. That's Ridiculous for Any Restaurant. Outside of that the waiter was very good .. Food was good .. Drinks were ok. If you want to goto a loud music type of place with lots of noise and dancing you should check them out .. The wait staff were all pleasant and had great energy. They need better management so you get seated at your actual reservation time. My advice .. make your reservation early enough so you have a better chance of being seated at your reservation time.
I have never left a negative review before...but this was the worst dining experience of my entire life. I had originally made a reservation for 7PM for 9 people. After waiting 15 minutes, I asked the hostess how much longer we could expect before being seated to which she explained to me that there were 11 other parties in front of me and that it could take up to another hour to be seated. Shocked and hoping I was misunderstanding, I asked if that was a standard wait time with a reservation. She responded that a reservation just ensured a spot not a specific dining time. We waited another hour simply standing by with no updates. The temperature was uncomfortably warm inside the restaurant despite the weather being perfectly temperate and pleasant outside. It must be noted that the sound level of the music was to the point of making conversation impossible. You could not hear the person beside you without yelling. Whoever was in charge of the playlist would play the same song sometimes 2 or 3 times in a row. At times the sound level would dip slightly before being blasted at full volume. It reminded me of being a college frat house where the drunkest pledge has control of the AUX cord. Around 8:15PM, I went back to the hostess asking about our table. After checking her iPad, she let me know that they had seated another party in our place. Finally, an hour and a half after the initial reservation we were seated. The waiter was competent but scattered and never refilled drinks without being asked. The food was outrageously priced and comparable to a meal at Applebee's. We could not hear a single person talking while seated at the table. It was laughable how fast they printed and framed the pictures that the on-site photographer took of us considering how long it took to be seated, waited on, and served the food. Do not waste your evening or money here. It feels as if management and corporate have left this place to rot in midtown.
The food was good. The ambience was fun. The music was a little loud so it was hard to hear each other and the waiters were very busy and we were there probably a little longer than anticipated but overall it was fun for my daughter turning 15
The Service was good. The food was not that good. I ordered the Cajun chicken and it was bland. The quesadilla was not good. They only had good fries. The drinks are overpriced
Facility in Atlanta was in POOR condition. We had to wait to be seated despite having reservations and the restaurant being less than 50% full. The presentation of meals was below average. I ordered waffle and chicken for my son and I had to return it. The waffle looked DAYS old. The only bright side was our waitress (her name was Sticks) she was pretty good despite the poor food and lack luster presentation. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.
Our reservation was not honored. We had to wait almost an hour after reservation time to be seated. The service was very poor. Drinks did not come out until 10 min after the food. We went to celebrate my nieces 16th birthday. Because we had to wait an hour extra to be seated and service being terrible. We were unable to do the remaining activities that was planned.
Do better our experience was horrible and management was and did nothing everyone comes for experience and the expectation just didn't meet the hype we had a horrible time celebrating my daughter 16th didn't enjoy food get desert or anything wish I chose somewhere else because this was not it next time be more aware and make a difference if never return personally or recommend
Exactly what you would expect if you read the reviews. Very basic/mid food at extremely high prices. We went on a weekday and the service was good. We will never go back
We waited almost an trying to order. When our server finally came over to take our he left and came back. When he came back he took our order. When we received our food we didn't get our drinks...we got our drinks after eating our food...my flight drinks were so weak...taste like koolaid. I was very disappointed and the building was hot.
Everything was great except it's too hot in Georgia not to have air in the upstairs dining room.

Arrived on Sunday, July 20, 2025, w/a party of 5 via online reservations. We were greeted with a big smile from our server, Isaiah, which was a great host, a great listener, and a great dancer with lots of knowledge and a very, pleasant attitude. We were celebrating my friend's daughter 20-year-old birthday, for she's an introvert and was unaware of the secret celebration. Overall, she had a blast, for the ambience, food & music were all on point! Even though it was a little warm, the matter was rectified when I asked Isaiah if the a/c could be turned on. The manager circled the area & asked, "How's our food?" We responded, "Good w/a smile!" The price of $500 was well spent and I will be returning and asking for "ISAIAH!"
I went to the Sugar Factory for my 8 year old son's birthday and was underwhelmed by our experience. I was really excited to visit since I saw so much hype about the restaurant on social media. Unfortunately it didn't live up to the hype. The food was overpriced and I noticed the prices online are different from the menu in the restaurant. We arrived with a party of 8 so gratuity was automatically added. Unfortunately it affected our service, because the wait staff was slow to bring out our items and brought our food out sparadically with about 5 minutes in between each delivery. The overpriced drink was the worst part for me. While the drink bowl cost us $40 for an ordinary drink (in my opinion) the worse part was they wouldn't let us keep the plastic drink cup as a memento. All this got me wondering, why exactly are we paying these elevated prices? Why are things costing so much. The restaurant needs updating, especially the ladies restrooms and sink yet they charge their patrons higher prices for regular diner food. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.
Server barely came to table and did not come to table till 25 minutes after sitting, had reservations and was not seated until 30 minutes after arrival; food was forgotten
Service was extremely slow..a table that came in way after us with more ppl in their party got their order taken and their food before us..the meal was not want I ordered so I sent it back. When we get our 500 dollar bill I see the meal that I only took literally one bite of was still on the check. The server says well it wasn't anything wrong with it so you still have to pay for it.which would've been ok had he told me that when he took it away from the table and I could've given it to one of my kids later. It took me going off for the manager to even try to accommodate even a little..he ended up taking off the meal but after so much hassle. And on top of that it was my daughter birthday and she didn't even get her birthday icecream..I WILL NEVER BE BACK
The restaurant was very hot. When asked can they turn on the AC we was told, after being seated for at least 10 minutes, that the AC was not working. We still decided to stay and tough it out. The drinks took FOREVER to come out. The food, and not everyone's food, came out before the drinks. Two people in our party never received their drinks. One person had to send their food back twice because the burger was undercooked. The waitress would bring out 2 dishes then go to another table and take their order. Then she would disappear for 10 minutes and pop out with another 2 dishes. Then head to another table to (not the previous one) and take their orders. We had to stop the waitress and tell her to focus on 1 table at a time. Our party did not get our food nor our drinks together. We were there celebrating my daughter's birthday. However, she did not feel celebrated because they was celebrating all the other tables that came after us. When I brought it to the managers attention he stated because the other tables didn't order food only drinks. I don't know what that had to do with being celebrated. My daughter got upset and told them she didn't want them to celebrate her anymore, so I asked for the check. It took them over 45 minutes to get the check. They came out and did a celebratory dance which we were grateful for but we just wanted our check and to go. After they finally brought out the check there were so many issues with it. Two people in our party missed their flight because of the wait. The Manager comped some of the bill because of the poor service. I would have loved to say it was great but it wasn't.
