I loved the entire experience. It was my 1st time trying suger Shane’s and I wanted a sweet treat for my birthday. The owner Mike was such a sweet heart and decorated my order in a birthday box and even gave me a deal . THE COOKIES ABSOLUTELY SMACK .. S’mores , cookies n cream, and that FRUITY PEBBLE ONE was amazing. Keep crumbl cookie , I’ll be at Sugar Shane’s.

The baked cake was good but the ordering service was just silly. I walked into one outlet to order a cake and they directed me to the website saying they could not receive orders in store. Why? No reason.

Once I went to the website, it took about 20 minutes to arrange the order online when there are only 2 cake options. 98% of the processing time online was related to arranging the proper information for the form fields.

My order was denied...
