Whenever I see THIS food truck, I’m compelled to stop! I discovered this gem years ago while at a convention. The staff is friendly and the vibes are always positive. Every order is made fresh but absolutely worth the wait. The sauce that they make brings this whole burger to life. We just had an amazing experience catered by Sunshine Alchemy. From the moment we contacted them to the moment we ate our last bite of rice krispie treats, we were pleased with the SA team. Jasmine is a delight to work with. She is uber responsive, very friendly, and will work with you to customize the perfect menu for your event. They came out to Dekalb County Animal Shelter for the employees and the food was DELICIOUS!!!! I’m not a vegan or a vegetarian but I ordered the IMPOSSIBLE BURGER WITH CHEESE NO ONIONS and tasted it and IT WAS SO DAMN GOOD!!! I couldn’t even get out of seat until I finished every bite. Would definitely recommend to others and would go back for seconds, thirds, etc in the future. Thank you to the volunteer who made it possible for us to try their food.
