Placed an order September 8th, 2022 for the Rich’s cotton candy twirl and to this day have not received anything or any communication following up. Basically stole my money. Craziness.

Blue Bunny ice cream SHAME ON YOU!! I purchased your COOKIES and cream swirl ice cream needing a much deserved treat. Cookies and cream is my favorite ice cream because I love the chunks of cookies mixed in. The ice cream is delicious but there were NO cookies in sight. Not even a crumb!! I thought is found my brand. Never again will I be spending hard earned money on false advertisement. Very disappointed.

They don't honor their word

I ordered from them in July 2022 and, 6 months later, I have still have not received my full order. I placed my order with a shipping error, but I have also asked to correct the error and pay the additional shipping cost several times, but each time they assured that it won't be necessary to pay for shipping.I have followed up on my order over the past few months, only to be reminded of my mistake (which they assured me I don't need to pay for, nor do I have a way to correct it) and then they tell me to "be patient".

I have to say this is one hell of a company!I recently had the pleasure of speaking with the owner,what a stand up man.He was very helpful, apologetic,and helpful as to what was going on.I feel as if I have another friend.Please support this company they are honest , hardworking,small business owners.
