Disappointing experience. Reservation for 7:45. Sat down at 8:20. Very, very loud. Soft drinks were served timely. Cocktails served 10 minutes later. We were served food we did not order. I ordered beef. It was extremely dry. My wife and I were both sick later that same night.

We had a reservation at 7:30 pm and didn't sit until 8:15 pm after pestering the hostess. The restaurant was overly booked. Service was very slow getting drinks and food and order taken. We didn't eat until 9 pm for a 7:30 pm planned dinner. This was a bachelorette party that was booked a month in advance. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere. The manager did comp the first round of drinks and dips. But the experience just put a downer on the occasion.

Waiter was ok but didn’t listen very well. Noise of the restaurant didn’t contribute to that. Asked the same question multiple times. Upcharged my margaritas because he wasn’t listening so I paid more money for drinks I didn’t request. Overall average experience

Fajitas for 4 was great for just 2! lol Our server was great! I'm pulling from the depths of like 4 margaritas but I'm pretty sure his name was CJ? I hope I got that right! I'll be back for sure and will confirm then! Thanks for a great night!

Superica is the authentic tex mex that I missed since moving from Texas! Homemade tortillas are incredible.

Had a reservation for 8:30, arrived at 8:10. At 8:45 when we were still not seated, I went up to the hostess stand and was waiting for several minutes to be acknowledged by the 2 hostesses standing there. A man came up several minutes after I had been standing there waiting to be helped and was immediately greeted and helped. Had to wait 25 minutes past my reservation time to be seated. Table service was great, food and drinks were great, our waiter was exceptional.

First of all, let me start by saying Superica is one of our go to favorite restaurants, that is until brunch today. My husband and I went for brunch today. We sat at the bar with only one other couple. Our server was a tall gentleman with a long white beard and glasses. We ordered our food before the couple that was already there. The bar became full with people ordering food. My husband and I kept noticing that our food was not coming. Our server never once checked on us after we placed our order. Not the least bit concerned that literally 20 plus people who came in after us had ordered their food, eaten their food and paid their bill. We finally got the attention of a second bartender who came in later and he went to check for us. He came back but never told us what the problem was. I then had to go around the bar and ask the server with the beard who initially took our order if he could please check what was going on with our order. He proceeded to yell at me and was absolutely nasty! The couple who was there before us even asked me what was going on with our food. They also were very supportive and confirmed how rude the server was to me. This man never came over and apologized and the manager had to get involved and help us get our food. The manager did comp our brunch which I appreciate but even with that I doubt we will go back to Superica again after being treated with such hostility. This server has no business being in the restaurant business.
