Dined at this newest Superica location on a Sunday afternoon. Seating was readily available. Excellent Texas-inspired Mexican food but not what I would consider "Tex-Mex." Excellent drink selection...drink menu longer than food menu. LOL. Excellent table service and nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time at Superica!! The food is always awesome, and the drinks were great!! This location is also home to their test kitchen so they have special offers other locations dont have!! Our server was great and she was super helpful guiding us on what to order! Also, West Midtown location is their only Atlanta one that takes reservations!

The restaurant is really really cute, and the vibes are there. They're salsa and chips were perfect. Then entrees we're okay, but not spectacular. The drinks were good. The music was rather loud, and it was very dark inside. Service was okay, but we often needed her. It's cute for just a apps and drinks kind of outing.

I've been to all 3 Superica locations in Atlanta. I live the food, service and decor is fun and unique. All is just as good, except the decor and noise. This west side location's decor is nowhere near as cool as the other locations. It looks and feels a lot more generic. Also, the west side Superica is VERY noisy. I couldn't wait to get out of there. It's too bad, given Superica has been one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in Atlanta. I'll continue to go to the other Superica, but stay clear of the dreadfully loud West Side spot.

This was hands down THE WORST experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant. We came in for a party of 7. They said it would be a 30 minute wait, understandable. The outdoor patio was completely empty. 45 minutes later, we haven’t been seated and there are several 4 person booths available inside. I walked to the hostess and asked if we could just split the party into a party of 3 and party of 4. She said that she would check and informed us that they could put some tables together on the patio for us, which mind you could have been done 45 minutes ago. They do so and sit us down. Our waitress comes and as we had waited for so long already, we were ready to order. We placed our order and an hour later still no food. Then, a poor, young, girl that we had not seen yet comes out and says that her manager sent her to check and make sure we weren’t upset? No update on food, nothing. We expressed our frustration, to which she went inside and our waitress came out to say that if we’d like we could pay our bill and leave. Pay our bill for what? Wasting our time? We told her that we would simply leave, and all we got was a “sorry.” Terrible experience, terrible management, and a terrible atmosphere. We wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The Taco Bell drive thru on the way home was way better, and saved us a ton of money as well.

I can honestly say I have never experienced such terrible service. From the moment we walked in to the moment we took it upon ourselves to leave the restaurant. We put our name to be seated and were told there was a 30 minute wait. We waited over 45 minutes and asked if since our party of 7 was too large if we could split it up. They then suggested the outside patio that has been open since we got there. By then we already knew what we wanted so as soon as we sit down and get our waters we put our order in. We then wait for another hour for our food. Then someone aside from our waitress comes to tell us she was sent from her manager with no update as to what the issue was. If you’re going to have your guest wait over 2 hours, atleast be in constant communication and not have the excuse of you’re understaffed because that’s not a realistic excuse anymore, and if it is it’s time to close your doors and regroup!

Half of my family is spanish. So we have Mexican food a few times per week. This place elevates everything and every ingredient. You think you are getting fajitas... no it was flank steak cooked and seasoned to perfection. Drinks were great. Sides were great. Worth the price!

So good. Marianna is one of the best servers we've had anywhere, in a long time. Good food and nice music too.

Andrew the manager was amazing! Our server was very knowledgeable and made sure we had the best descriptions for our choices. Mackenzie was excellent! We look forward to seeing them again soon.

If you're a newcomer to Mexican food, Superica might be a good entry point. However, if you're a longtime fan of Mexican food from different parts of the US you might find the food to be “meh.” The salsa, guacamole, chile rellanos and enchiladas were unexpectedly and weirdly mild. As in no heat at all. No kick. One small bottle of hot sauce was brought to our table, yet it resembled Tobasco more than anything else. Otherwise the service was great, parking was easy.

Always a wonderful experience! We have a 2 year old so we look for kid-friendly spaces. And each time we go, the service team goes out of their way to make our experience a great one. We try to go at least 2 times a month because it's just the best!

Great food and service. I love their cheese enchiladas and salsa. They were very accommodating when I asked for extra salsa to go.

enjoyed the environment, music was a little too loud to hear my partner and service was slow. Margarita was watered down when I received it and tasted like soda rather than marg. Food was excellent.
