David was a great server! The Sushi is always fresh when we go. I recommend the tuna fans. The salmon and tuna maki is really good quality. Always clean and peaceful environment.

The sashimi and sushi rolls were so wonderfully presented, and tasted very fresh and well thought out. Would love to come back! So delicious!

⭐️ 1 Star Review

This was my second time visiting this sushi restaurant, and it will definitely be my last. I was surprised to find that they automatically added an 18% tip to both my daughter’s and my check — even though we were only a party of two. There was no sign, no menu notice, and no mention anywhere in the restaurant that gratuity would be added.

When I asked about it, the server said it was “their policy” and that they don’t have to post it anywhere. That explanation only made things worse. I realized afterward that they did the same thing during my previous visit — I just didn’t notice at the time and even added an extra tip on top of it.

This time, I had planned to leave a 25% tip, but once I saw they force-added 18%, I left it as is — meaning the server actually lost out. I found the whole situation sneaky, unprofessional, and in very poor taste.

If you choose to dine here, check your receipt carefully before paying. I won’t be returning.

I am giving 1 star because there is no option to give 0. This restaurant thinks that because they have a tik tok video they can abuse their customers. The food is nauseating, not fresh and the sushi roll can not even hold together. They are automatically charging 22% of tips and when you ask about it, they say is because tik tok customers are not tipping them. They claimed is the system set up and that there is nothing they could do about it. Worst food ever and even worse service. DON'T GO THERE!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The audacity to tell me my order would be ready for pick up in 15 minutes only to tell me that they could not make my order at all because they were busy with in-house customers who arrived AFTER my order was placed. When I asked how long is the wait I was told she doesn’t have a time. I said 15 minutes, 2 hours? She insisted she didn’t have a time and it could be longer. Just say you don’t want my busy. I could respect that’s but don’t make up excuses…btw there were 4 tables with customers and myself being the only customer waiting for pick up.

Sushi Itto — Braves Roll = Next Level 🍣🔥

I went with my 21-year-old daughter, who’s a total sushi enthusiast, and even she was impressed. The Braves Roll was the star — deep-fried, uncut, and served burrito-style. It looked viral, tasted delicious, and had the perfect balance of crispy outside with melt-in-your-mouth flavor inside. A creative twist on sushi we’ll be talking about for a long time.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would we waited for 1 hour for our food and didn’t get served even though we placed orders before other people . Then when we asked how long the waiter tells us we just have to wait just like everyone else . People work hard for their money and for this establishment to show lack of interest amazed me .

As a frequent traveler, both in and out of state to visit friends and family, I was looking forward to dining at Sushi Itto after a last-minute suggestion from a friend who absolutely LOVES this place. Unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. While our waitress was new (which is completely understandable and not an issue for us), everything that happened afterward was very disappointing. Our Spider Roll—specifically one piece, had a HAIR on it. We immediately addressed this with our waitress and even mentioned that we’d be fine eating the remaining rolls as long as a discount could be applied (we didn’t re-order because the service was already extremely slow). In addition to the rolls, we ordered a teriyaki dinner platter with fried rice. To our surprise, it turned out to be plain grilled chicken with teriyaki sauce on top, and the fried rice was honestly not good. After trying both the chicken and rice, we were not impressed and didn’t enjoy the meal. We shared this feedback with our waitress, who then came back and said the owner told her that since we ordered it, there was nothing they could do about the platter. They offered to make new rolls, but refused any sort of discount. At this point, I asked to speak with the owner because our waitress was clearly flustered, understandably so, since she was new and shouldn’t have to handle money-related issues on top of learning her role. The owner avoided us and instead chose to remove the Spider Roll from our bill but reiterated that since we “touched” the food, nothing else could be done. I decided to take the loss, but for a first-time experience, this left a bad taste in my mouth. literally and figuratively.

This place is pretty good and prices are fair. Nice ambiance and attentive staff. The sushi rice was top quality. The rolls we chose were delicious, my only complaint is that the tempura inside the princess roll was stale and the oil tasted old. The yakitori steak was just ok. I’ll be back because overall we were happy with the food.

We ordered sushi to go from there, and it was packaged in a way that we couldn't tell what was what, which was extra annoying because two of us ordered rolls with cream cheese and the third person is lactose intolerant. Also, the teriyaki shrimp roll tasted spoiled. We told them and they didn't do anything about it after the fact, so yeah, one of the rolls was a waste of money since I didn't get to eat it. I don't recommend this place.
