The Swan Coach House is in the middle of a gorgeous neighborhood. They offer free valet parking which is wonderful! We arrived around noon. They were busy but we only had a 10 minute wait. This is definitely a “girly” place. Most everyone was dressed up. The table settings are lovely with real linens and adorable mismatched china. We opted for the tea for two service. It started with mini muffins and strawberry butter. Their tea selection is very limited. They had about 5 to choose from. We chose the Paris blend since we have had it before. It was served with cream, lemons and sugar cubes. Our three tiered tray featured 4 little sandwiches, cheese straws, scones served with clotted cream and lemon curd, a ham biscuit ( yummy) and an assortment of mini desserts. You will NOT leave hungry! My daughter is vegetarian and there was no issue swapping out sandwiches, etc for her. It was fun and relaxing time! The service was great too!

I had the honor to host a Bridal Luncheon for our future daughter-in-law at the Swan Coach House on Sunday, June 29, 2025. Forty-eight special guests attended the celebration. The staff was amazing, the venue was gorgeous, the food was delicious, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was engaging and uplifting. Special thanks to Jasmin Robinson, Restaurant Administrator, for her excellent planning. She was always professional, personal and prompt with responses to my questions. I applaud her attention to details. I saw her meticulously inspect every table to ensure that the napkins were all uniformly fluffed and the place settings were perfectly arranged. Thank you also to the staff who welcomed and served our guests with kindness and warm smiles. Thank you Swan Coach House for an experience of a lifetime. It was phenomenal!

Maybe our issues WAS going for Afternoon tea? The soup was great, quiche was good, enjoyed the Paris blend. The tower with the treats was kind of a miss us. Some of the items were OK, but small bites were dry.

If you are African American or homosexual stay away from this place. Don’t be either, or you’re just going to not be welcomed here at all. Me and my fiancé came here to view this venue, and the lady was so off putting and rude to me, but wanted to be nice to my Caucasian fiancé. When I would ask questions she would be short with me, and barely wanted to look at me. I was so happy to view this place, and this experience made me so sad. To be like that AND be located in Buckhead???? The audacity. It makes no sense. Please run from here and go elsewhere. Truly disgusting behavior from this establishment.
We had a bridal shower here and the event was very lovely. The staff that served us were amazing and so kind and accommodated us very well. I believe Holli was our main server and she was amazing! So attentive and sweet. However, the lady who was in charge of planning our event, Miranda, was rude and hard to communicate with. It took days for them to respond to any emails, they completely ignored our food allergies (major nut allergy and some vegetarian) and chose a menu on their own that had nuts and meat in almost every dish. Trying to get the menu adjusted after that was very difficult. The only time they responded quickly was if you had a payment due. The valet was also extremely rude and while we were packing up our car to leave he was yelling at us that we needed to go immediately. We paid thousands of dollars for this event but apparently can’t have your car in the parking lot for 5 mins to pack up after your event is over. If you are planning an event here I’m sure it will be beautiful and run smoothly especially with the amazing staff working the event. But be aware that the event coordinators may be very difficult and rude.

I took an out of state house guest friend here who wanted to treat me to lunch. Coach House is always perfect- had my daughter’s wedding shower here and have always brought friends and family for a special lunch. The plates were served but without the fun edible flowers. We noticed the couple who ordered afternoon tea and many blooms with their tea service and I have always had them with the chicken salad. It was just a missing step in the special touches. What prompted me to leave a review was the salad. I quickly noticed that lots of my lettuce was slimy/see through/ brown. I asked the server for another side salad as lots of it was off. She quickly brought me another one and it had bad lettuce too. It’s like no one in the kitchen got the message? I saw a man who perhaps could have been a manager stop and visit with the people having tea but I was hoping he would stop at our table and ask if everything was ok. I also saw a black and grey hair baked into one of the cheese straws and didn’t even bring it up because I was already embarrassed about the salad in front of my guest. Too bad.

Food and atmosphere were great as usual. Manager was extremely rude. We had just finished with our check and were getting our purses together to leave the table when he stepped in and told us he had another party at 1:00 and needed to clear the table, NOW. I understand this and we were leaving anyway. However, he needs to have a better tone with customers especially since this was his first visit to the table. I want to reiterate that it was his tone, not the message. Going forward he needs to consider his clientele and be a little more hospitable

Aerial shots are some of our favorites...The pretty courtyard at Swan Coach House offers a smooth transition from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and wrapping it up by dancing under stars! It is a special event space with a great team. We can't wait to go back.
Anna's vision of a baby's breath and roses path, with our wooden xback chairs and using the existing unique iron gate was a perfect way to bring all the elements together for a timeless feel.
