I love this ice cream shop! Whenever I have a bad day, I stop here on my way home. It makes my day so much better! Butter Pecan is incredible! Unlimited toppings!
Although they don’t do the waffles anymore the ice cream is pretty great. It’s a quality place with great options and delicious ice cream.

It’s really sad that in 2024 businesses still do not understand the importance of customer service. It doesn’t matter how great your menu is, how nice your restaurant is, the location it’s in, etc. What matters is how you speak to and treat people. I came in on Sunday with my kids and it was our first time at the business. I asked if they provide samples and the man at the register gave me a smart a** comment saying that they aren’t an ice cream shop and don’t do that. OK, that’s fine but I’ve never been here before so how would I know that? There was no need for the unnecessary sass. I let it go and continue to help my kids find a flavor they liked. When I was ordering, I started to give my toppings. I was met with another sassy comment about how you don’t add the toppings at the register. At this point, I informed the man at the register that this was my first time so I am not knowledgeable on the way things work or the product. We enjoyed the ice cream, but won’t be returning simply due to the customer service. Also, update the menu to say gummy worms instead of gummy bears. It’s false advertising.
I got the frozen yogurt mango and the frozen yogurt base they used didn’t taste right and the mango wasn’t ripe at all. Still tasted like it would’ve been hard to slice up. They’re regular ice cream base is decent, but idk, wouldn’t go back. The variety is lacking compared to other rolled up ice cream joints.

My first time and I was disappointed. I got two flavors of frozen yogurt. I guess the rolling is maybe novel but the ice cream tasted bland. It aso left a weird taste in my mouth. For $8.50/cup I would expect much better quality and taste. But I guess it's just yet another overpriced and lackluster strip mall ice cream spot.
