For the portion size, a bit expensive but that’s airports for you 🤷🏻‍♀️ However, the service? AMAZING. After 12 hours of travel and delays, and 5 more to go, Angelique’s hospitality and general attitude made my day so much better. She was attentive, kind, and gentle with a very frazzled traveler. Thank you again, Angelique and Team!

Ordered all online. The server who was tall skinny African American did not even speak to us when we said thank you. I couldn’t recommend anywhere else but this slop joint in the airport

Great atmosphere and music if you like souther soul. The QR code at the table didn’t allow me to order and the server took 20 mins to check my table after sitting there awhile. The food is mediocre compared to other options available on the concourse. I would recommend going elsewhere for food then come back here for ambience and drinks.

Sat down and attempted to eat at an empty table. I had intentions of ordering a drink. Over half the tables in this “restaurant” were empty. The waitress Tracey comes over and attempts to run me off, claiming “this isn’t a food court”. I left but came back, ordering drinks and sides. While eating, I watched her run another man off who was simply sitting in a chair waiting on someone. I could understand this behavior if space was truly an issue, but again…less than half of the tables were full. This is simply prideful and rude. Food was overpriced but that’s expected at the airport. None of the mobile ordering worked. In the future, just try being nice to make up for subpar food and tech issues.

Below average food even for the airport. Service is consistently embarrassingly bad. I’ve eaten here 6-7 times and it has only gotten worse each time. Don’t waste your time and yes, the line for Chick fil A in concourse C is worth the wait.

32 minutes for a beer. 43 minutes for a cold chicken sandwich. I paid for hot. It wasn’t even like warm. COLD. One fry, one bite, and I’m out. Too bad I scanned and tipped before getting food. Mistake. Guess I’ll ask for two bags of pretzels on the plane.

First, it was breakfast at a bar in the airport. So that level sets a bit. The food was ok. Service was very slow. We were close to what was supposed to be our gate.

The food was great!! Could've been a little hotter but definitely still good! Our server Ty was nice, the music and entertainment was nice also!

I loved the live entertainment (True Soul) and drink menu. The experience was everything I wanted and more!

Worse than a KFC experience. Ordered using app and 16 minutes later the waitress asked what I ordered because she didn’t see it in the kitchen. I had to reorder and wait another 20 minutes. When I got the food it was burned and barely edible but I had to run and catch my flight at this point. It was terrible. Nothing like the one in Downtown Atlanta. Avoid the one in the airport!

If I could give this place zero stars I would! Worst experience ever! These reservations were made WEEKS in advance! They gave us a table directly next to the entrance where the performers came in with their very large instruments and equipment! We barely had any room at the table! It took FOREVER to get our drinks! The waiter was pushy when it came to getting our order! Then I WATCHED while EVERYONE who came in after us ( with larger parties) get their food first! The waiter made excuse after excuse about why we weren't getting our food, then he AVOIDED us because he knew how upset we were about not getting our food! Again, the WORST experience! Also, it was not disclosed when we made the reservation that there would be a $10 “entertainment” charge for EACH of us! We were basically mislead and lied to! This is NOT how you treat customers! I WILL NEVER EVER come back again!

we liked the atmosphere as soon as we walked in, nice southern vibe 😊 our waiter Sam was Fantastic, great service, great smile, and so nice! our food was FABULOUS! It was our best meal in Atlanta during our 5 day stay. thank you!

This place was great! Cool ambience, and amazing food! We ordered the seafood gumbo, juke joint fried chicken, and Parmesan grits. Everything we had was Delicious! But those grits… 🔥 The best I’ve ever had! And the service was outstanding! Our server, Ty was the best! Fun, energetic and just so enjoyable to talk to. Highly recommend checking out this spot if you’re in the Downtown Atlanta area. Worth it!!
