The girl with the eyeliner here who makes not only the best drinks but she is also incredibly kind. She greets you with a smile and had the best attitude. I highly recommend stopping by sweet hut while she’s there! Never felt more

Like other reviews, incredibly rude staff. I felt so poorly treated that I said “never mind, I cant order here” and left to write this review. The only staff on duty refused to acknowledge me or other customers even when directly spoken to. This was on Monday, 11/27 around 4pm. Staffperson with the cat eyes makeup. Will not return, especially since there are other(better) boba options at lenox now.

Genuinely surprised by the sub par reviews for this location. My friends and I stopped by the other evening and had a great time. The boba was great and the bakery items we got were tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful as well.

Highly upset with my experience here. My family and I were strolling through lenox this past Friday when we decided we could use some coffee. We started looking at the menu and then the employees turned off the lights, and another couple walked up to look at the food display and then they turned off the menu screens. Never did they say a word to us. They simply just watched us be in confusion and laughed amongst themselves. We checked the time and it was 7:24 (based on the picture time) and online the store hours say open til 8pm. I understand it was a Friday and maybe they were tired, but they could have at least warned us or told us they were not taking orders. I like sweet hut but I don’t think I’ll be returning here ever again.

The first experience at sweethut in Lenox was pretty good, which is why I returned today. I ordered the exact same thing and received the worst cup of coffee. Their servers Wyen and another male associate lacked decent customer service skills. Their attitudes alone wouldn’t be tolerated in any business I’d run. Never going again.

First time having boba here and I liked it! They don't have selection of popping bobba, only tapioca. Their Jasmine tea bobba was pretty good! Def recommended

Sweet Hut Bakery & Bakery at Lenox Square in Atlanta is a great place to go for all things delicious and fresh bakery items when you need it. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need. Good experience coming here.
