I came here with a friend who loves SweetGreen. This was my first time ever eating here, although I had heard about the restaurant before. The ambiance was very nice, clean, and welcoming. The staff was nice when ordering and at the register. I have heard sweetgreen be compared to gusto! as they both make bowls. I love gusto! so I had high expectations of sweetgreen. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Bowl with everything that normally comes in it. It was decent but it wasn't something to write home about. I like the different sauces they had on it which gave it a nice flavor but the portion of chicken i wish was more. I will say the overall portion of the bowl was a good size especially in compared to gusto! for about the same price. My friend ordered the Hot honey chicken bowl. He seemed to like it since it is a new item on the menu. Overall I would say the bowl I had was just okay but I would like to try more of their bowls to better understand and taste the discography of their menu.

Bottom tier sweetgreen. They CONSISTENTLY forget to add sauces in their orders. Totally unacceptable.

Don't go here if you're in a rush. There seems to be a lot of people behind the counter making online pick up orders, but maybe only one person is making salads for customers? Usually i'll be waiting in front of the counter for about 10-15 minutes before someone will come take my order and make the salad. If there are 2 + people in line in front of me, it will usually take about 20-30 mins because the staff will ignore the line for a while. Sadly i really like the harvest bowls, but my self esteem is always a little worse after I go here because the people working seem annoyed with customers and ignore them :((((

Today I had the miso salmon, customizing it a bit. It was very tasty. It is a bit on the pricier side for what you get, so I wouldn’t come here regularly. This bowl today was $20. It does have healthier options so that’s nice. We ordered ahead online which is pretty simple. The $2.95 rice krispy treat was tasty, and seemed like a healthier version of the classic sweet treat.I can’t comment on atmosphere as someone else picked it up for me.Dietary restrictions: Great option for gluten and dairy free options

I came in today, and from the moment the guy asked me for my order his energy was bad… (didn’t get his name but he had a colorful head cap on) every time he asked me “what else…” I felt like I was bothering him… not a vibe any customer should feel. Once he rung me up, it was a little bit more than I expected so I asked him why for clarity, very politely…. & he began to get very “matter of fact”, sassy, & condescending from a simple question. When I asked if why Parmesan cheese was not included in my BYO Bowl he very rudely responded “… nothing’s free” … instead of simply explaining it was an up charge. He walked away from the register before I could even finish making my payment… another employee had to finish ringing me up.Don’t come to work if you’re going to treat customers like that & don’t hire people who don’t want to give customers a pleasant experience. His energy was so off I almost didn’t want to eat my food… I’m glad I did though ?

The parking is horrible. When the ponce city market fills up there's no way to get your food. Circling here for 25 minutes just trying to get in. Seriously the cops will not let you come in. This needs works. Food is fine but if I can't get it what's the point.

10/10 my top 3 healthy eatery choices. The service was phenomenal, explained everything very well & was generous with the scoops. It is a very calm, laid back location- it is also very well kept & clean looking. My only issue is parking, there is little to no parking if you are going at lunch time, actually generally speaking as it is by Ponce city market & then if you get lucky to actually find a parking outside, you have to pay for parking. I find that odd that they do not validate your parking if you are stopping by there to grab a bite. Today i had kale, arugula, blackened chicken, wild rice, beans, broccoli, sweet potatoes & onions - along side their homemade bbq sauce! Soooo delicious & it is fulfilling yet still not heavy. I LOVE this place!! If you are on a healthy journey/ enjoy clean eating, i strongly suggest you give it a try. Thank me later ;)

As a resident at PCM, I usually love getting lunch at Sweetgreen. However, today was a really unpleasant experience. Both my boyfriend and I ordered our salads with Blackened Chicken, which is usually delicious. Today, the chicken tasted almost identical to Tuna Fish. The taste was so overwhelming that it ruined both of our salads. We brought this to the line workers attention and he proceeded to gas light us by saying, "Nope looks like chicken to me." He didn't offer us any solutions to our issues/concerns, so we just wasted our money on some disgusting salads. Also to note, the blackened chicken is usually cut into chunks, and the servings we received were shredded. Tuna is a very distinct flavor, so I do feel as though it was cooked/mixed in the same batch as something fishy, or some sort of mistake was made during prep. I would also like to note, that neither one of us received the complimentary I bread that comes with each order and last time ordered a salad from there, I had to ask them for the bread. I won't be back to this location anytime soon. I'm disappointed in the customer service I received and in their inability to help resolve any issues.

So I've been coming to this location for sometime now only to be spending 17.00 on less then 4 oz salmon I wish I would have taken a photo of the rice they gave me. Won't be returning to this location. There only two pieces of cucumbers on this plate

Portion sizes are very inconsistent. Hard to feel like you’re getting good value…Also, their online/pick up ordering system is horribly broken. Pick up times are consistently delayed by 30-60 minutes.

I am obsessed with this Sweet Green. I love the chicken ceasar salad and the harvest bowl, which has sweet potato, wild rice, roasted almonds, kale, goat cheese, and chicken. When I feel like I need something green and I'm too tired to cook, I come here. It's super convenient and delicious. If I'm in a rush, I order on the app, and my food was prepared before the estimated time on the app. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
