SweetWater Last Cast Bar & Grill

The waitress was extremely rude. When we arrived, the man at the bar said he would assist us, then woman from the kitchen came over without greeting us or making eye contact. We asked a question about meal vouchers and she barely answered us looking down and away.. When I asked if we should seat ourselves, she ignored me completely. After waiting a while at our table, I asked her for a menu since the QR codes weren’t working. She reacted aggressively, accusing me of being disrespectful and suggesting I could leave if I was in a hurry. It felt like she had a personal bias against us I can only assume racism or discrimination. None of us were rude to her, making the entire experience very frustrating and uncomfortable. We ended up leaving and having dinner at the sushi restaurant down the way. Way better experience.

Anani and Teresa took care of me in record time. Anani took my order while I was still walking in and between the two of them they made sure I had good food quickly and would still make my flight. Fantastic service.

Service was amazing! Teresa was very attentive and pleasant. I didn’t like the food. Fries were overcooked and undercooked at the same time. Wings were ok. Service was great though. I would come back and try something else. I opted not to send my food back because I just decided to let it go! Again Teresa was great, atmosphere was light and inviting, and everything was very prompt. Thank you

I decided to stop by and try out the food here today as it was my time. the service was amazing all the way through even to the end. Kaylah was so kind and welcoming towards me and the other customers that were before me. Such a great place to eat at 💯 10/10!!!
