The BEST customer service skills goes to Kanishaanna. She was so polite and patient with me. She has a beautiful aura. I was tired of Tacos and couldn't make my mind up. She threw some of her favorites out there and I chose chicken avocado ranch burrito. Needless to say the burrito was a hit. Thanks Kanishaanna!!!!!

This was the most unprofessional experience I've ever had at Taco Bell. The staff was loud talking, curse 🤬, and even threatened a customer with bodily harm. Talking about he doesn't mind going back to jail. I will never come here again. All should be fir3d for allowing and participating in such unprofessional behavior on the job.

This location is horrible I made it very clear what I wanted. They tried to give me the wrong order, when I told them that’s not what I ordered she asked her coworker what did he hear as if I need to lie about what I wanted to eat. Once they gave me my food it was still not what I ordered. I don’t expect a high IQ from a Taco Bell employee but comprehension skills should be the bare minimum. I’ll never come back here again

I really wish taco bell would stop giving child sized meat portions on tacos...thus we always order double meat. This location is good before 8p. After 8p...it's a toss up for food, wait time, and service. You ever waited 20 mins on 2 soft tacos once they pull you up into those parking spaces? Yup, avoid after 8pm...it's 50/50

I VISITED THIS TACO BELL ON AUGUST 3, 2025 AND I HAD A GREAT EXPERIENCE.. AS I APPROACHED THE DRIVE - THRU SPEAKER I WAS IMMEDIATELY GREETED WITH SUCH A FRIENDLY VOICE THAT I WAS SHOCKED .I LITERALLY THOUGHT IT WAS A.I........JAKAYLA WAS SOOO PATIENT AND WELCOMMING THAT I THANKED HER REPEATEDLY BECAUSE ITS SOO HARD TO GET GOOD SERVICE THESE DAYS.. I’m about sick of this Taco Bell. Corporate needs to pop up on them because why does it always seem like half the time I go, they don’t have large cups? On top of that, the damn chalupa shell was ridiculously hard/crunchy. The only thing they have going for them at this point is the fact that the employees are good (in my opinion). I took a video of me breaking off the shell, but can’t upload video so I took a screenshot of it.
