20240131(5:04pm. Ordered 6 loco supreme tacos, received plain, two had no meat. Call back with no intentions of getting refund or replacement food. Just want to let manager know, she hangs up in my face and didn’t answer the phone back. Now I DO go back for refund, she could even give me the receipt properly. She lays it down on her side of the printer and walks off. Don’t go here. Kids running over her there

Me and My sister when to this Taco Bell Jan 16, 2024. We order our food in drive- thu. Javonna had good Customer Service. Very Nice to us. The food was hot in temperature and good. We haven't went to a Taco Bell in a longtime with food hot in good and customer service. Love It. We will return here.

My son paid for the food but if my money was going toward it, I would've asked for a full refund because of all the issues.1st of all, every staff member should wear a name tag. Why? The tag shows accountability. Unless you own the company, you need a name tag on.2nd, You have nobody in the restaurant, but us and 1 more person. You have time to prepare the food properly. Even Chef Ramsey will get on chefs about presentations. Our food should have been wrapped neatly. It was falling out of the wrapper. It was like it was just thrown into the bag.3rd, if we typed the order on the screen, why did you give us your choice instead of ours?4th, Where's the cashier? Y'all got the assistant general manager taking orders, two fixing the food and she's pulled back there with the two fixing food. You're an assistant general manager. My son stood up at the counter for at least 10 minutes, while you looked at him but turned away to handle the drive-thru. Then when you finally decided to talk to him, I was really irritated. Always acknowledge your customers at the counter, especially, if you screwed up their order.5th, Y'all have a huge hiring sign out front. Is it at Goodwill job sites, on Indeed, Zip Recruiter or in the AJC? Y'all need help desperately! Retrain people if you need to, in order to get quality workers.6th, One customer ordered through the drive-thru and had to come in? Some of his order was missing. He was on lunch break at his job. It's a shame when you need to check your food at the window. When it's wrong or things are missing, apologize & offer folks something free for being inconvenienced. Stop being stingy like it's your money at home. It's about good customer service and the customers returning.7th, The restaurant is kinda hidden. Get a sign near Fulton Industrial to let folks know y'all are up there.8th, To carry the title of Assistant General Manager, please present yourself with a personality that is approachable, warming and friendly. Whatever you are dealing with at home, leave it at the door. If you get on your employees, do it in a professional way and not loud so customers hear you. It's all about presentation, good customer service and professionalism.9th, Employees should be trained to care about how they prepare & present food to you. Put yourself in that customer's shoes. Treat people like you want to be treated.10th, If no one is in your restaurant, don't get so comfortable to the point where you get relaxed. You never know who may write a long review like this one.The pictures attached, shows what my son ordered on the right and what he got on the left. The pictures look totally different.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service at 976 Camp Fulton Way, Atlanta (#037332) on 10/22/23, at 6:19 pm. My unfortunate experience began with Marques, the drive-thru cashier, who exhibited a poor attitude and failed to ensure order accuracy (order #CA9734), ultimately failing to address the issue despite two opportunities to do so. The disappointment persisted as I went into the restaurant to seek a refund and return the items.The shift leader on duty that evening, whose identity remains undisclosed as she did not provide her name, (maybe, Kristian Silunian) exhibited a clear lack of empathy and professionalism. She insisted (yelling) only the store manager could authorize a refund. I requested that she call the manager since it seemed illogical. While the manager was on the phone, the shift leader reiterated that I needed to wait until the following morning. The next day, the manager, Deasia Dixon, apologized for the inconvenience and clarified that the shift leader did, in fact, possess the capability to process the refund. This contradicted the previous night when both insisted she couldn’t. I'll avoid Taco Bell due to poor service.

Received the worst customer service I've ever experienced here. They acted like it was my fault they work there. If you hare working somewhere so bad then quit. Why be a complete --- to someone who is just there to get food. The dude who wants to be a girl so bad should be fired. Clearly has no respect for hisself nor customers. The old guy working the line needs to be fired because he cannot read. I was in there for 5 minutes and within that 5 minutes and 4 people had messed up orders. Both employees acted like it was the customers fault. This was the first and the last time I will ever come here. Read other reviews the crew working here will kill this location. The owners should clean house and hire a new crew.

Arrived a hour plus Before closing manager Portia had shut down the cash register forcing only mobile orders. When put in a mobile order she send our her flunkie to tell you they can’t make it. When I asked for Deasia the store managers name she began to tell me how she had no food in there to make my order and they were closing down. But started naming how they things I ordered shed have to make fresh. So basically no fresh food and wasting the owners money is the focus of management there at night.
