They do not know how get a order correct.. had to drive back 20 minutes to get the rest of order. How hard is it to make and put a order in bag.. obviously to hard@

Literally the worst experience and it happens everytime here. Little girls always running in and out the back door and the girls at the window were all on FaceTime with someone during the entire process. Only 4 cars in the drive through and no one inside, still took 30 minutes for my food. This Taco Bell sucks.

Worst experience of my life and if I could give 0 stars, I would. The whole experience just turned me off through delivery on the taco bell app and I don't think I will be ever ordering delivery again, and I am a long-standing taco bell customer. I place a delivery order at 11:30 that cost me 30$, and later get a text from the delivery driver saying that my order was taken by another driver and that I should cancel the order and get a refund. The order was marked as delivered, though, and I never got my food. I have text messages as proof and have since pleaded for help several times through the app just asking for a refund which is fair considering the circumstances. I get completely ghosted with no one ever following up, and in turn they give me a 10$ coupon code to use at my next order. My complaints have gone completely ignored. Plus the food was cold. The whole thing turned me off completely.

Idk whay they got going on but rude as hell! I didnt get all my food then when I went back inside to get the rest of my food the two girls had a attitude w me like i packed the damn bag! Mind you before I even got to talk to them the girl just ignoring me then got a attitude when she come up to me... odd for sure will never come back.

Went through the drive thru and ordered the $9 Deluxe box. Luckily I checked my box before I left because it was missing the grilled cheese burrito. I went back in and the manager India was very rude and demanded the “paper receipt” even though I had the box in my hand, the receipt is printed on the box AND the cook admitted to forgetting it. She accused him of lying in front of me. EXTREMELY RUDE and 0 professionalism. Do better!

Yall need to hire better people telling people they can't pick up more than 1 order because of policy just because people don't want to do their job! Never have I been told I can't pick up more than order but I guess when the line is backed up all the way into the street that's their excuse of losing money for the company & making people miss out on money that their making from delivering.
A working bathroom is essential to any food service establishment. When I asked to get access, I was met with contention and disdain for even asking. I was directed to another establishment, even though I had already ordered and paid for my food. I will be reporting to higher authorities, as this is a safety and sanitation hazard, and the staff was not willing to assist.

Thes people patronized me for trying to pickup a double doordash order so that I could make money to feed my kids and we're so rude I thought the place was and adult comedy corner being so arrogant and ignorant even lying about calling the police on me

I’ve been there a few times now, the wait is extremely long, they charge you without asking what your order was. I always get overcharged or the wrong order. Will do my best to avoid it

Store is terrible! Staff is rude. I am a doordasher and I will say this was the worst experience tonight ever! Waited 30 minutes in line and received a add on order! I get to the intercom tell him I have two orders and the manager tells me that I can only receive one order at a time and to get the other order ill have to get back in the wrapped around the building line! I tell them I just want my orders and tell them im not moving until I get both my orders they are already late and im not waiting and getting back in line! The male overnight manager then proceeds to call the cops smiling and lied saying I threatened to shoot him! What! So I stay in line, everyone behind me leaves and I wait for cops, they never came 15 min later so I left! I hope I never see this manager outside the store. He was rude, unprofessional and a straight up clown! And I will be calling cooperate tomorrow!

The staff here are immature and lack basic customer service skills. It does a real disservice to the community to have incompetent and rude people running the store. This job is not difficult—being polite costs nothing. Do better and hire responsible adults who understand professionalism and respect.

Got an order for doordash delivery while driving past this location, then got an Add-on order which usually means no one else was accepting it. When it's an Add-on, you also can't see any information until you've taken a picture/completed the steps of the first order you've picked up.
Here lies the conflict at this store, I get to the window and they refuse to make the second order unless I drive back around and tell them the name at the intercom. Yes, that's correct, they literally have a delivery resource right now to fulfill their customer's order and close it out, yet they are telling me I can leave and they will wait on another dasher. They said they make orders when delivery drivers show up because essentially it's hard getting a delivery person. With all of this in mind, their solution was to still send me back around in the line with their other customer's food sitting during this process or leave as they told me. They will likely continue to have a hard time fulfilling deliveries.
