I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bells in my time & this one was by farrrrr the worst experience I’ve had- at any food establishment.
After waiting an hour for my food, all I wanted was a refund & they wouldn’t give it to me. I had to get back in line 3 times. Long story short, after they finally gave my order (couldn’t get out of line in the end b/c there’s only one line to drive around + tons of cars in front & behind me), they finally gave me my order & it was wrong. Even after having to repeat my order 5+ times to them, both in person & at the beginning of the drive thru, they still got my order wrong. I’m vegan & nothing they gave me was vegan. I was also told TWICE that they accidentally gave my order away. In the end, I drove away w/ the gross meat product that they gave me b/c I couldn’t be bothered to deal with them anymore.
While I’m normally a pleasant person, before I drove away, I said, “Look, I understand that you’re busy, but your team really needs to get your shit together.”
If you ever find yourself in the area & craving Taco Bell, my suggestion is that you drive a bit further to a different establishment.
Also, at one point, I went inside to use the bathroom & the whole place was filthy.
Gross, gross, grossssss.

The service was horrible. I waited in the drive through for a hour for my food to be cold and missing items and given the wrong drinks. The staff is very rude and disrespectful. Instead of them just correcting the mistakes they wanted to argue with me. The worst experience I have ever had.

They never have more than 1 person working which means the line takes an hour to get through and even then they can never seem to locate orders placed and paid for and they're rude to customers who are just trying to get the food they paid for.

I recieved half of my order and told them that it wasn't correct. A clean cut looking older black gentleman angrily said it was right. Then I explained what items were missing and he realized I was right but then only added chips to the bag telling me the whole order was there.This location is just chaotic and I'd request a refund but he kept the receipt.

This place reminds me of the found memories of the delicious authentic mexican food that I enjoyed as a kid growing up in mexico. Well, if by mexico you mean sarasota. I've eaten here innumerable times over the years even though I didn't smoke weed back when I went to college at georgia tech so that must say something. It is objectively better after you smoke weed of course but kids please ask your parents first.
