I’ve eaten here before but today was a lemme grab a quick taco day. The young lady working on the drive thru speaker, didn’t get her name, was pleasant. She was so pleasant that I told her and her sister that was working the window that if she didn’t like working there her energy said she loved it. She was very pleasant and inviting. The current society we live in great customer service is almost non existent. She deserves a promotion or a free day off, something. This was between 730-800 PM today 3/25/2026

This Taco Bell was ok. Ordered a purple Mountain Dew that had the color but tasted like seltzer water. I was mad because I had already left the restaurant. I also order a steak quesadilla and nachos fries. The fries were old, so they had to make some more fresh and the quesadilla was extremely salty. The customer service was good though. They were nice and fixed frie issue with no problem. I will return. I'll just definitely check my drink before leaving.

Taco bell is Taco bell. If you know you know, lol. I love that they constantly have new items and that they bring back what customers want. It is fast food, not good for you for the most part, but definitely always good and tasty. The service on the day I visited was pretty quick and no attitudes, so that was a win. I love Taco Bell!

I think the woman said her name was Victoria, who had taken our order at the drive thru. It’s quite refreshing to have someone who shows patience, care, and thoughtfulness when taking special orders. She was very nice and respectful, and never seemed to rush. I don’t normally frequent this establishment, but whenever I do, they always seem to get it right.
The spicy potato soft taco was made with FRESH potatoes, and they did not skimp! Thanks again for your generosity and attention to detail. And thank you Taco Bell for the consistent vegetarian options.

This taco bell is one of the most consistently good fast food options on Howell Mill. The staff is always friendly, but specifically, the employees working on 10/12/2025 at lunchtime were awesome. The food came out quick and was the hottest and freshest I've ever had at a taco bell location.
