You gotta tell the cashier to give you a receipt...you buying tacos and burritos and she not even thinking about giving you a napkin.....

I wanted to share my experience at the Taco Bell/KFC in Atlanta at 3604 Bakers Ferry Rd SW, Atlanta, GA 30331.
I went through the drive through, there were 3 cars ahead of me. Took about 10 minutes to get to the menu to order. Not a huge deal. I order, make my way up to the payment window. I pay, and the worker asks me to pull around and wait. I pull up to where they asked me to.
I pull around, and another 20 minutes pass. I began wondering where my food is after watching multiple cars that were behind me pass by with their food (from the drive through.)
Finally I park and go inside to inquire about my food. It's been 30 minutes since I first entered the drive through. No one is at the register. Finally 10 minutes later I'm able to get someone's attention. I explain I was told to pull around and wait for my food, and that a good bit of time passed and no one brought it out. They go back to check on it, come back a minute later and told me I've already been given my food. I explain again what happened, they go to the back, and 5 minutes later come out with my food.
In total it took about 45-50 minutes to get my food - crazy for Taco Bell and very frustrating experience.

Im normally an optimistic rater, but this restaurant needs management. We stopped by on the way home from Orlando, Florida. We needed to use the bathroom and the bathrooms were locked so we waited outside the bathrooms. One of the workers made sure we were going to order food then they unlocked the door. The bathroom was really dirty. It needed a good bleach scrub. The floors in the restaurant were slippery and dirty. One lady observed that the counter and tables were dirty and asked one of the girls with light eyes to give her a spray and rag. This person whom we thought was a customer cleaned her table and sat down to eat from another restaurant's food. This person even asked one of the ladies for a cup and she helped herself to a free large drink. Another worker there had gloves on but touched her hair, face, and walked around with her phone, touched stuff in the lobby with gloves on! I highly recommend to hire an efficient manager with no friends from the neighborhood to keep that place clean and
professional. Our food was cold as well and the drinks had an aftertaste. This experience taught us that if we are in the mood of taco bell, we will only go to restaurants right by the exit and not drive 5 minutes into the city.

This place has horrible customer service when I got to the drive-thru speaker the only thing to cash you said to me was KFC or Taco Bell and then after every item that I ordered she just kept asking is that it is that it is that it is that it once I reach the window to pay she then asked me to back up to the red poll my order two chicken chalupas no sour cream not only did I not get chicken chalupas I got beef chalupas with sour cream so I go back through the drive-thru to get it corrected then I get chicken chalupas with the sour cream on them at this point I just wanted my money back so I went inside to get my money back I had to argue with the manager with the gold tooth who's been working there since the 90s she didn't offer to fix it she didn't say she was sorry nothing just here take your money this place needs to be overhauled whoever the district manager is he sucks
