I just had one of the worst experience at a fast food I can ever witness. In front of my kids. The drive thru girl. Her name is “Ayana” she’s fat with hazel eyes. She yells and screams at me about changing my order and I never changed my order. She must’ve had me mixed up. She snatched my card from me and yells at me again. My kids were so scared. I will never go there again

Food is great. Service is decent. My food order was correct. The atmosphere on the other hand. They allow non-customers to just sit and play their stupid music. And when there is more than one of them, they have the loudest conversations. Best to go drive-thru even with the long line. This one non-customer was complaining about cleanliness even though it matches his personality and no headphones. I went in to get some chalupas. A solution would be to hire security to allow access for paying customers.

Honestly, I believe there was only one person working in the restaurant. I stopped at combined KFC/Taco Bell to get a quick bit to eat. The wait in drive thru line to place our order was at least 8 minutes. Once we paid for our order we were told to pull up and they would bring our order out to us. We ordered a bean burrito, chicken chipotle burrito and nacho fries…nothing complicated. Well, it took her 20 minutes to bring our food to us. The reason why I believe it was only one person working, because it was same person who took our order, took our payment at the window and brought out our food. Ridiculous!

the only thing they have good going is the young gentleman thats the cashier he is always respectful and tries his best to get your order out. they are just extremely short of staff and things are constantly broken there luckily i always get the same thing and get my food inside n check it and get it from the same gentleman without him this place would get 2 stars from me

This Taco Bell is the worst one I have ever been to and I go to Taco Bell quite oftenVegetarian options: Oh they have to do is order something on the menu and leave the meat outParking: It is enough parking for the amount of people that they have I have never seen where you couldn't get a parking spot

Very poor quality of service and didn't value customers time. Told us to go back in the drive thru and wait. Such a long wait and rudely responded to us for asking them to repeat what they said because the mic volume was low. I don't even understand why they even are doing customer service if they don't how to provide proper service. Very unhappy with this :(
