I placed a carryout order inside the restaurant. Once I got home and saw the wings I noticed they were overcooked and they were even hard to eat. I looked on the receipt and the waitress put extra crispy on my wings. I NEVER once stated that I wanted my wings to be extra crispy, the only special accommodation I asked for was All Flats. Talk about pissed!!! I love the wings at Taco Mac and now this is the 3rd time within a month that my order has been jacked. The other two times...
I really enjoy the oven roasted wings and the wide selection of beer. The app could use some work, and the bathrooms needed love. They lose a point for that. Over all I'll be back!
Bartender / Server Allyah is an overall 10/10 experience - from reccomendations to accomodations she truly delivers on a guestcentric experience - very relatable and trustworthy with attention to detail and timing.
