We Called Ahead To Confirm They Were Open. The Manager Answered The Phone And Confirmed They Were Open For Business. We Even Acknowledged That Atlanta Was Supposed To Get Snow, But There Was No Snow On The Ground And No Rain Outside.

When We Arrived, Employees Locked The Door And Told Us They Were Closed. We Immediately Called Back, Spoke To A Man Who Said They Were Actually Open For Another Hour, And Told Us To Come Back.

Once Inside, The Situation Continued To Deteriorate. After Being Seated, Our Server Told Us They Were “Officially Closed,” Rushed Us To Order, And Then Explained That Most Menu Items Were Unavailable Because The Kitchen Had Closed Early. This Happened At 10:24 PM — Still Within Posted Operating Hours.

There Were No Weather Issues And No Legitimate Reason For This Confusion. This Was A Clear Breakdown In Communication, Leadership, And Basic Customer Service.

If You’re Closing Early, Be Transparent. Don’t Lock Doors, Give Conflicting Information, And Then Pressure Guests Once They’re Inside. This Experience Was A Complete Waste Of Time And Reflects Poor Management From Top To Bottom.

If I can rate no stars I would. I called this location and asked was they open, yes. I was mat at the door saying they was closed by 3 ppl. I went to my car and called back and they guy again said they was open so they let us in. When we was seated ready to put our oder in the waitress proceeded to tell us they was out of sweet tea because the kitchen was close and other items we couldn't order because Stein the kitchen was closed. Other people was already in the restaurant eating so why couldn't we. Ill never go to this location again.

Id say the store manager Joey is the only one that's got good manners & respect. He stood beside me while I ate one day at the bar by myself while I ate one day. Some of the kitchen staff needs to be trained how to treat staff like customers also with respect.

This was my first visit to TacoMac, and unfortunately it will be my last. I do want to acknowledge that Manager Justin made a genuine effort to provide attentive service and improve the experience where he could. However, the interaction with Manager Mike significantly impacted the visit due to his disrespectful and ineffective handling of an error made by a staff member. On top of the many order issues.

As for the food, aside from the wings, fries, and crispy taco, the overall quality was disappointing. Given the service issues and food quality, this experience fell well below expectations. If a zero rating were an option, that would more accurately reflect this visit.

Don’t order from here on DoorDash or Uber Eats … this restaurant doesn’t SEAL the bag your food comes it .. allowing for dashers to touch your meal … really don’t understand restaurants that CANT grasp the concept of SEALING ppls food from randoms

It was 2 minutes before kitchen closes and they served us till the end. That's customer service....I need some. Late night healthy choices. Thank you Taco Mac...bar tender was great!
