Taco Mac Cumberland

I attempted to order a catering order and after 10 min on hold i was redirected back to the website which doesnt offer me any information. I dont think they have the manpower for catering so it seems discouraged.

Horrible Service and Inexcusable Food Quality

My experience at Taco Mac was an absolute disaster. From the start, the wait time was ridiculous—we were left sitting for what felt like forever without even being acknowledged. It’s one thing to wait, but what made it worse was that when our food finally arrived, the wings were completely undercooked. We sent them back, only to receive yet another plate of undercooked wings. How does a kitchen mess up something as basic as cooking chicken twice?

To top it all off, there was absolutely no offer to make it right—no apology, no discount, no effort to fix the terrible experience. It’s beyond frustrating to spend money at a place that clearly doesn’t care about its customers.

This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Taco Mac has officially lost a customer, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay far away.

Taco Mac just doesn’t hit like it used to. Our server was really nice, but the food was mid. It basically just taste like microwaved party food. The ranch is also not very good.

Got wings through Uber. Chicken BURNT! Some not even edible at all.

Caesar salad withered with little to no cheese.

The service from the front desk is horrible. These young ppl will overlook someone who's been making 45 min for food and go straight to a person who just walked in and make sure they get they order. Don't offer a drink or anything to the person who been waiting....but the person who comes in gets five star treatment...management need better employess

Stopped by last evening for dinner with my daughter. Restaurant was a little loud from the SEC championship game but otherwise a great experience. Lena was our waitress and the service and food was second to none. Highly recommended Taco Mac!!!

Went on a Saturday game day, came to visit from east Georgia and this place is amazing! Got the lemon pepper wings and tenders and those wings with every bite had amazing flavor. The chicken tenders were crispy and juicy. The wife had a steak quesadilla which was great! We were served by Mia who was an amazing server! Brings alot of positive energy to the table and takes very good care of you! We will be coming back next time we are in Atlanta and hope she’s there to serve us again! Thanks again for the amazing experience!!

Was seated at a table in the dining area, waited for over 15 minutes to be greeted and no one came by so we just left 🤷‍♀️. Even watched the manager walk by us multiple times without any purpose/sense of the guests around him who clearly weren’t being served. Definitely dissatisfied in the brand and won’t be choosing taco Mac probably ever again.

would give 0 stars if I could. picked up an order last night and tray of wings was absolutely covered and dripping oil. it soaked through the bag and got all over my car as well. what the hell happened? did you just dunk the whole tray in your fryer before fishing it out and immediately dumping it in the bag??

Cheese was sweet in each dish with cheese. Nice drink menu. We had very good wings and burger and the steak egg rolls were very good. We enjoyed all the food without cheese. Daughter's 21st birthday she enjoyed tasting different drinks. Overall our server was the best part. Very attentive and friendly. Even picking up that it was her birthday and offering a free dessert. Thank you again!
