Taco Mac Cumberland

If there was a zero star option that’s what it deserved. My husband and I came in tonight around 11:20pm hoping to get a quick bite. When being seated by the host we walked past 5 dirty tables before being sat at a booth. We then sat for 6 minutes ungreeted while team members walked past our table. We finally got up and asked the host if there was a server for our table she said she would let the server know. After waiting ANOTHER 10 mins still ungreeted we decided to leave.

During the time we sat we could hear conversations in the kitchen laughing, using profanity and clapping noises.

It’s been over a year since we had eaten here and were craving wings but now I remember why we don’t go. This time we really won’t be back. SMH!

It was alright. We were seated right away, the hostess and person who sat us were friendly but then we sat for 30 minutes with no service. We then noticed a new couple being seated and attended to right away, I let the hostess know we had been waiting a while with no service. We waited a little longer and then come to find out the person who seated that couple was our waiter too. Anywho, who finally got our food, and the appetizers at the same time. I had requested a blackened salmon but it was more like a baked salmon with seasoning but it was still good. So the food was ok, but the service was soso.

My waiter Howard was outstanding. He made sure our food was hot and that we were satisfied. Michael that was a hostess was outstanding as well. He sat me at a table upon my request. He was very nice and polite. Customer service from them both was a great experience. Thank you and I will definitely be back.

I attempted to order a catering order and after 10 min on hold i was redirected back to the website which doesnt offer me any information. I dont think they have the manpower for catering so it seems discouraged.

Horrible Service and Inexcusable Food Quality

My experience at Taco Mac was an absolute disaster. From the start, the wait time was ridiculous—we were left sitting for what felt like forever without even being acknowledged. It’s one thing to wait, but what made it worse was that when our food finally arrived, the wings were completely undercooked. We sent them back, only to receive yet another plate of undercooked wings. How does a kitchen mess up something as basic as cooking chicken twice?

To top it all off, there was absolutely no offer to make it right—no apology, no discount, no effort to fix the terrible experience. It’s beyond frustrating to spend money at a place that clearly doesn’t care about its customers.

This level of carelessness and lack of accountability is unacceptable. Taco Mac has officially lost a customer, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to stay far away.

Taco Mac just doesn’t hit like it used to. Our server was really nice, but the food was mid. It basically just taste like microwaved party food. The ranch is also not very good.
