Yall have a very lazy staff. I ordered 2appetizers to go and I been waiting 30 minutes. Atleast 4 staff members walked by like I don’t exist. I also waited 15 minutes in this empty restaurant before I even had a chance to order

3/14/25 Saturday St Patty night. Very rude! The greeter not only was rude, the young man threw my food on the table & said “that’s yours bye!” It took almost a hour for 3 shrimp tacos & Philly egg rolls. After I got to my destination I was short a taco on my order. Also got this bad attitude & service after tipping horrible experience.

Good was great! The nachos came with chips and tortillas. Delicious! The wings were crispy with just enough heat. Service could have been better. Too long between check ins and they forgot my friend's fries. It was also a little loud.

Wow. Worst Taco Mac location, and experience. Bar was heavily understaffed, and the lone Saturday night bartender just gave up. Cascade failure in service from top to bottom.
For a place that has quick order bar food and beer, taking ages to take orders, get drinks wrong, and bring food out ICE cold after 45 minute waits, it makes me wonder how they stay in business.
Avoid this location at all costs.

I should have paid more attention to the review from 2 weeks ago where a gentlemen indicated 40 minutes to receive food. It took 1 hour for us to receive our food and food was received cold. This restaurant is 1 block away from my home and I used to go to it regularly but something with management and their service went to pot. We found out that management and menu had changed recently so we decided to give them a try again. Big mistake! tonight proved management and service hasn't changed. Unfortunately, our server tried to help but she was at the mercy of a horrible kitchen staff and the manager took off the food we didn't eat. Gee thanks for the poor service and for taking of the cost of the cold food we never ate. I've been too many Taco Mac, but this one is the one you need to avoid. Steer clear folks!
