Kia is the real deal. Pickup was smooth and quick — everything ready on time, hot, and packed right. No delays, no nonsense. She runs it like a pro. Food was on point, and the service made it even better. Five stars without a doubt.

Dry. Not very flavorful. Normally it's good. And when you take it home, it's great when you warm it up, but not this last time. The portions also seem to decrease. And of course, they did not announce that they charge gratuity, so we paid them double and they never let us know beforehand which I think is really pathetic. It's beyond pathetic. It's really trying 2 steal from individuals honest individuals. So to me, that's something that people need to look out for and to be aware of and to not go to a facility and eat, if they're not going to let you know, in advance. What they're going to be doing to you...

Never had an opportunity to place a large to go order for our studio. We called several times but no one answered. I decided to drive to the location and waited in the lobby for someone to greet me. Instead I got ignored until 220pm to be told that the kitchen was closed at 215pm. I stood there waiting in the lobby for mins. I even called several times while in the lobby so someone would notice me or even answer. Oh well we'll take our group order elsewhere.
Great food
The hibachi dinner is so fun especially with a large group! Staff is very attentive and kind.

Me and my group came here to celebrate our friend's birthday. We did Hibachi and the entire experience was fun and enjoyable! The food was flavorful and big in portion size. I left really full and still had leftovers! Would absolutely recommend coming here for group dinners!

The food was just ok. I've definitely had better hibachi elsewhere. Our chef was great and the server was very attentive as well. The restaurant is in need of a facelift. The bathroom in particular seemed sort of grungy.
I made a reservation for my son’s birthday yesterday at his request. There were 10 of us in the party and it was his 21st birthday. When we arrived at the bartender was sitting on the bar eating M&Ms with his hands out of a bag and then serving drinks to us and other patrons. The reservation was early and it is a holiday so the place was nearly empty. When our party arrived, we moved to the hibachi area. From the beginning, they seem to not understand there were 10 of us not lying so everything Came out in nines. Nine soups, Nine salads… Etc..
From the beginning, it was clear that the Chef didn’t seem to know what he was doing keep in mind we were there for a birthday party and there were 10 of us. All the things you go to hibachi for he was not doing. He literally just stood in front of us saying nothing and cooked the food. As the meal went on, and other tables were set and other chefs came out doing the typical amusing, Chef tricks and engaging with their tables. We got increasingly annoyed. At one point, my assistant went outside to register a complaint. She was told that the manager was the same man who had been sitting on the bar eating M&Ms with his hands and serving drinks to people. when she registered her complaint, he said, didn’t we set you right away… To which she replied the restaurant was empty of course you did. We also had a reservation, so of course you did.
At this point we were told that the chef that we were given was not really one of the chefs he was a cook from back in the kitchen Because they were shortstaffed. The so-called manager also said don’t worry we’re gonna sing happy birthday. We didn’t care about that because we already had something else to do after that included cake, etc. While we were still eating the food, he came out himself with a piece of cake, saying happy birthday and said it next to the hot hibachi in front of my son. Now, my best friend gets up to go out and have a conversation and not only does he insult her but he hands her for $10 tickets for a total of $40 off our next visit ( I would never go back and I would encourage everyone not to use this place for special occasions) . She told him we were coming back so he didn’t need them, but as soon as we walked out the door, she happened to look down before she threw them away only to discover that they were actually expired. Imagine that.
We’ve been going to Taki for about four years. We won’t go again because of this one person. It wasn’t the chef’s fault. He was just doing what he was told, and he is not trained to be a chef out in the hibachi area. It wasn’t the servers fault. She was deeply apologetic and seemed mortified by this guy‘s behavior. The hostess… Same thing. Just the older man with the glasses who was tending, the Bar offered absolutely zero assistant or customer service. And in fact, laughed at the end when we stated that there were a couple of tables of two or three people not celebrating anything so if you had to send out and unskilled hibachi Chef, it should’ve been to them and not a large birthday party of 10. Also, they forced an 18% mandatory gratuity

Service was terrible. Steak was hard as a rock. Restaurant feels and looks old. Won't go back.
Food was phenomenal. Best Hibachi food I've had in a while..The chef i had needs a raise. He cooked to perfection. Main things I didn't like was the watered down sake they served me and added automatic gratuity to the bill without advertising they do so. Didn't leave a tip because of that. Only tipped the cook personally in cash. I don't like restaurants that secretly charge without notice. It was only me and my girl. The service wasn't even worth 18%.

The hostess, African American woman with crocs on is awful and should be fired. She obviously hates her job and not engaging at all. Which I do believe is the Manager & Bartender as well so be careful
Which made the experience from the start terrible, but luckily for our server Chelsea & Jos making the service much better & food is excellent!

Excellent food and environment. The chef was a lot of fun and very interactive with our family. The menu had a wide array of choices and everything was really good! We had a large group, and they did a great job of accommodating us. The value was really good as well.
