Good was great, it was my boyfriends first time having hibachi and he loved it. We're definitely going back!
Horrible!Reservation at 7:00.Party of 11 not seated until 7:30. Everyone wss there by 7:08. Barely seated with drink order in had to place dinner order. Within minutes salads and soup thrown on the table. Salad dressing so watered down, had no taste. Never got to eat soup before food thrown on plates.Seating so cramped in you couldnt move. Forgot bithday cake, then when reminded delivered without the #60 candles and with the bill. At8:30-we we were taken to an empty room where our cake was brought back with candles not lit we were left with no drinks, no service, no silverware, no napkins to “enjoy” our cake and pay our big bill. If you are looking to hold a special event this is not your place! If you are looking to spend big money on a fast food habachi in a packed room with noise level so loud you can't hear the servers questions this is your place. The man who seemed ti be running the place-RUDE!
Amazing food quality and quantity! Customer service was amazing nice and attentive and laid back staff i love how everybody's so attentive! keep doing an amazing job i'll be back definitely
For over 20 years this place has provided excellent food and service. Great for special occasions.
I am vegetarian and it is questionable whether they will cook my vegetables and rice first which makes all the difference in the world!! Sometimes they will and sometimes they won't. This is the order that they do it anyhow but sometimes they don't want to bother with me and they want to just cook my food in the back which doesn't taste 1/10 as good as cooking get on the hibachi grill. I had six people and the other two people said they did not mind that it was still a process for me to get them to do it for me. They could just agree in the name of Customer Service! My bill was almost $200, just for the record. Not 100% sure I will go back after what I went through.
The chef used excessively too much oil on the food. Everything was oily, even the vegetables. I've eaten here twice before and the food was not like that.
I don't recommend food was salty; best thing on my plate was the noodles. Drinks weren't great. Service wasn't good either. Floors was sticky I felt like we were walking in a dive bar. For their prices they should do better.
Good food as always- portions seem to be inconsistent. Our waiter was not the most friendly but the chef was incredible!
We were there for a birthday dinner for our daughter, the waitress came in to take our order and said “all right, we're gonna order drinks and food right away” as if we were being rushed through for some reason. The food was great. The chef fantastic. The waitress was very pleasant but treated a $290 meal like a fast food restaurant. We were done in less than 1 hour, definitely not a relaxing dinner. Thankfully we have kids and getting in and out was fine since it was a school night. It would be great if they could mop the multilayer thick cleaner residue off the floors so it doesn't feel like I'm walking on top of the backside of a sticker and update the decor throughout, even just a little bit. There are so few hibachi places in atlanta that it would be nice to have one that serves a meal that has an experience worth the $290 we paid for it.
Disaster! Had a 6:30 reservation, seated at 6:55, chef started at 7:30. Said it was my daughter's birthday in res & check in. Chef didn't do the fun things like catch the egg or singing Happy Birthday, even though chef next to us did for a bday. Because they were so behind they scrunched a whole bunch of people together. Not fun. While we were still eating our meal someone came to clean. He flung the dirty water everywhere. Gross. And when the check arrived, you'd think they would comp the two sodas & fried rice upcharge as some gesture of an apology. Nope. The food was really good, but I'll not go back.
Restaurantji Recommends
Our chef was fantastic, the food was great and his personality really shined! Courtney was amazing and very attentive too! This made for a wonderful birthday celebration!

Great experience, great service, food was a little too salty for my liking in regards to the Hibachi but I also don't eat salt that much...give it a try
