Super crowded on a Friday but that’s expected. Server brought my boyfriend and I the wrong drinks, but we didn’t mind the subtle difference. 18% gratitude added without prior warning or any explanation. We came here a few months ago and that was not added. No signs or notification of this and it was only a 2 person party. We wanted to tip over 20%+ like we normally do when we go out. Found this to be deceiving since we were not told beforehand. Won’t be returning. Food was good.

The server on March 11 2024 overcharged my card and the refuse to refund it. I’ve called 5 times about this issue and they won’t refund me. This is worst customer I’ve received. If you want a server that doesn’t listen as far as transaction and what to take out, this is the place to come to.

I came in for lunch on a Saturday with a cousin. We were promptly greeted. We were seated right away and serviced shortly after. The chef also came out and started shortly after ordering. I had the chicken and shrimp and loved it. i saw someone had the scallops and they were huge. i may have to try those next. I would definitely recommend. pricing is also very reasonable.

Nice ambiance, delicious food and the espresso martini was amazing.The two only complaints I have are:The chairs are ridiculously too low in the hibachi area!So when you sit down, you're basically at / above your chest level.I have never had to reach up and kind of 'over' to my plate of food.✅ I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BRINGING A PERSONAL PILLOW OR CUSHION TO SIT ON!!The second concern is not that serious, but because we are paying for this food/service: please ensure as a cook, that you are giving all customers the same and equal amount of food on their plates.My friend and another guest received completely disproportionately sizes helpings.We also noticed that the men were given more food portions than all of the women seated. I don't know if that is customary at this particular establishment... But I have never seen that before.Some of us were not happy with that, considering that we were all paying an equal price.Besides that- I enjoyed my experience and will be back.

The food at this hibachi restaurant was a bit disappointing. Some of our dishes were overcooked and slightly burned, which affected the overall taste. It also seemed like the chef might have been new, as the performance lacked the usual flair and skill we've come to expect from hibachi chefs.Additionally, when we requested to speak with a manager about our experience, the front desk staff directed us to leave a Google review instead of addressing our concerns in person. This lack of customer service left us feeling unheard and frustrated.Overall, it was a poor experience, and we hope that the restaurant can improve its food quality and customer service in the future.

Me and my wife sat down at the hibachi to enjoy dinner and then the (I’m assuming) manager or host told us we had to move over because a bigger party was coming. We had been seated for some time and was in the middle of ordering our food and for him to tell us to move and when my wife asked do we have to move he aggressively said “yes you do” and took our menus and moved them was when I said we can just take it to go. The same guy proceeds to come up to us and says what do you want and I said we ordered already just ask the other guy and he states “the other guy is busy what do you want” so we got up and left. Just feel very funny that out of all the customers in the store you harass the young Black couple and force us to move for the nicely dressed white party. Such a shame that a restaurant I used to frequent would turn to racism as a way to run their business.

Good Tokyo style decor though large. Menu pretty standard American version of Japanese - choice of hibachi or tables, nothing too strange. The fried oysters are better than one often experiences. it's ok/good, and its biggest recommendation is its the only decent Japanese that I know of in this area.

Went here for V Day. They tried to CRAM 12 people to one table. Then lied and said this is how they always seat their tables. We had a reservation and they basically overbooked all of their tables. Then when I said I had a shellfish allergy they said they can’t cook my food on the hibachi. So WTH? Every other hibachi restaurant can figure it out. Why even eat there? So we left. We will NEVER eat at this place again. The manager is all about counting heads. He has no customer service at all. Absolutely horrible!!

When we first arrived the host was not very friendly and just the ambiance has declined. Our chef was awesome but the rest of the crew not too much. Very disappointed how it has really declined in the past few years.
