Some of the best high end audio and video systems I’ve seen and heard. Great customer service.

I am a complete novice to Tango and ballroom dance in general. But tango had always fascinated me and I decided to take the plunge and bought a beginners class card for Tango Evolution in Miami Circle, Buckhead. Clint and Lena are the instructors for this class. The method of training is through introductory notes and perfomance by the instructors, stressing on embrace, hold and balance. Then the students are asked to try the same, changing partners every few minutes. It could be very challenging in the beginning to change partners since every person has a different body language and so as a woman(or follower) it was hard to interpret the man(leader's) intended move or step. However, the instructors also keep an eye on what you are doing right or wrong and would help improve your technique. After the first class, you learn the basic steps. However there are several more experienced dancers in the group always ready to teach you a step or two which is more advanced. It entirely depends on how quickly you can learn and are willing to practice more. The best part of the class is that after the one hour class, the beginners class moves to another (smaller) room with mirrors where we continue practicing the same steps but we get more individual attention. I regret that being a busy mom, I cannot be a regular member, but the times I've been there, it has always been a good experience. Also, if you are expecting to "learn" Tango in a 6-week period, then forget about it. Unless complemented by "Milongas" that take place over the weekends all over town, it is impossible to learn Tango in a hurry.
