Tassili's Raw Reality Café

I used to be a regular, but the service has gotten increasingly worse. I'm not sure why they have wait times for online orders if they won't be ready and will take an additional 30-45 minutes for your order AFTER you arrive.

This has been a persistent issue, and they aren't taking ANY measures to rectify the issue. I will not give them another cent of my money. I asked for a refund and was told they'd have to write my information down, and he'll take the paper with my information upstairs to HR for them to give me a refund. Sure. Like, I'll believe you'll give me my money back after you can't get my order ready on time? INSANE.

The people were nice down to earth the establishment was clean nice vibes etc The food was top notch My punanny wrap was amazing baby get this all day long and my husband's South of the border wrap hit too highly recommended I gave it a 4 just because the only drink they had was water 💧 I wanted my Sorrell ginger 🫚 drink but when I get home I'll make my own other than that everything was lovely

I ordered a Yoshi wrap today with a spinach wrap as opposed to the seaweed wrap that it comes with. Those instructions were ignored and I didn't know until i got all the way home. Needless to say i paid for a wrap that I couldn't eat today.

I'm literally standing in here now waiting on an online order I placed 1 hr and 15 mins ago. This is ridiculous. Y'all gotta please do better. Makes it hard to support black owned businesses. Idgaf how good the food is. Where is the efficiency?! 🤦🏽‍♂️ Another lady literally just said she has been waiting for 2 hrs!!!??? #ThisIsAtlanta Unfortunately 🥴

I got the spicy kale wrap. It was my second time trying a kale wrap. It was very good and tasted very fresh. The service was pretty good minus the guy making the wraps. His energy was terrible. He was making the wraps like he was ready to go home. You couldn't even really ask questions. Overall a really nice vegan spot. I would definitely go back.

I wish I could give a higher rating, especially since I’ve been eating and fellowshipping at Tassili’s for 10 years. The food is amazing! However, over the past four years, the customer service has become increasingly unfriendly and brash. Additionally, online orders experience long wait times, while in-person pick-ups seem to have none. Hoping to see improvements soon.

Outstanding food, you will just have to wait 2 hours to receive it! I ordered online because I know how slow it can be and even arriving after my order ready time I stood in line to wait an additional hour. The loudest bark gets the attention which was demonstrated by the woman in front of me complaining loudly for being in the same situation getting offered a free wrap by the I assume manager (man in the hat) as he made these offerings in a whisper like voice because she stated she would not be returning. Me trying to keep my composure and complaints to myself although mind you I had already far exceeded my lunch break and had to return to work (thank God I didn’t have a meeting), listened quietly. Thinking to myself surely what you do for one you have to do for all since the 5 customers behind me had also ordered online. Only to get to the counter state my order ( that yes I changed) $2 difference to have the person making my order state she could not change it, despite having made the new wrap and my 2 hour online wrap still had not been made. Determines then in there she would make my online wrap while my half made wrap lay there in front of her, otherwise stating I would have to pay for two.

Needless to say they won’t be seeing me again for quite some time if ever. It was unorganized, untimely, unaccommodating chaos!

Yall can’t do anything right. I just drove all the way over here to get 2 punany wraps and when. Get here you canceled the order. I e been coming here for years and the customer service keeps getting worse. It’s embarrassing to black people.

I RECEIVED THE WORSE BIG YOSH I EVER ATE HERE. I DIDNT EVEN THINK TASSILLI'S CAN TASTE NASTY. Okay, I use to love this place. It was my go to for raw vegan meals. NOW, it has changed, The ingredients do not taste the same, the employees are kids who do not care and constantly get your order wrong. I am always reminding them what is needed for my meal. You can order online but , it doesn't make a difference because you still have to wait. Even if you arrive at the estimated time, you even get a text saying it's ready, and then it's not. They randomly downsized the size of their salads but, charge the same price. I don't know what's going on but the business has changed for the worse. Unfortunately. I will not be going anymore. It's good, but it's no longer worth it.

I’ve been eating from TASSILIS since 2018 -after moving from Atlanta every time I come to town I order from Tassilis. I have not ordered since summer 2924 and convinced my stepmom to try it out. We placed an order at 5;30PM on 3/1 and received a confirmation with the estimated time of pick up for 625. We arrived at 6:30 and did not get the person at the pick up counter attention until 645 at that time. She said you order was not ready. It was being prepared at 7 PM. The order was still not ready. We only ordered a whole Punani wrap and a half Punani wrap which total $34 at 7:15. It was still not ready. I had to leave as we had to catch a flight back home to Nashville. I sent an email. I called left messages and received no response. It’s unfortunate that I have to out a Black business in this manner, but I wonder how many people have gone without food or a refund for their inconvenience and not receiving their food! I’m calling attention so that this manner could be fixed and plans in place for when situations like this arise, AND YES I WANT A REFUND FOR THE FOOD WE NEVER RECEIVED!!

Had the Blessed Black Bean Soup and it was delicious but it made me sick.

The food is great! However online orders will be wrong because they’re not being read and instructions are not being followed.
