Tassili’s Raw Reality makes raw vegan food taste indulgent.

The customer service here has gone to hell! I came here and ordered the punany wrap on 7/30/25. The guy with glasses prepared my wrap. While he wrapped my food the wrap broke. In his inexperience he dumped the old broken wrap on the new wrap. It was so sloppy and wet he was scooping the ingredients off the white board in the new wrap like water. At this point I just walked off and told him I didn’t want that. I eventually came back in and requested someone else make my wrap. He made my wrap wet and sloppy too…While he made my wrap the first guy who messed up my wrap proceeded to interrupt him saying don’t we supposed to dump the broken wrap into the new one? The guy making my wrap said no…twice because the guy with the glasses continued insisting that he was right. I don’t know what’s going on with staff but they need to be trained properly. The service is very poor now. The wraps loose and sloppy and the staff is indifferent.

I’m writing this as I’m standing inside of the restaurant. I placed a pick up order and arrived to the store 10 mins after the time stated the food would be ready. That was at 6:36pm it is currently 7:26 pm and they are just starting on my order. I have my name as soon as i entered the door but yet they are stating they didn’t know i was here for long.

Things that would probably help yall in the future:
1) Have yall online system cut off after you reach a certain # of orders especially if you’re backed up in store. Because the one or two ppl in the back can’t handle all of these online orders.
2) Have yall Front of the house communicate with the back of the house so that if somebody is waiting, they know who is there first and other others aren’t being served before them.

I don’t have no complaints about your food never do but today was unacceptable. This was not my first time having to wait but this is my first time having to wait and hour.

Be mindful when they ask you do you want something on your wrap because it cost per item.

Good food but terrible service. Ordered via Toast and it took over 20 minutes past the order ready time that Toast provided. I had to get back to work for a meeting so I asked for an update after waiting at the restaurant for 20 minutes and one woman had an attitude saying she already started it, and the woman at the register was moving at a snails pace when bagging my order. She seems completely out of it and unaware of her surroundings, which was concerning. The guy at the host stand was nice but overall the service is too slow. The restaurant could also use a good clean and some fixing up.

Tassili’s isn’t just food — it’s frequency.

The Punani Wrap is massive, messy, and magical. I added the crunchy okra and spicy kale for that extra divine chaos — and every bite had me feeling like I was being nourished and seduced at the same time.

That carob brownie? A spiritual snack. Soft, sweet, and hits like a root chakra blessing.

But the real addiction? That damn popcorn. Mild, spicy, moringa… it didn’t matter. I was spending so much on it I had to start making my own sad lil version at home just to survive between visits.

Everything tastes like it was made with intention, herbs, and ancestors watching.

If you’re vegan, raw-curious, or just want food that feeds you on a soul level — pull up.

I heard a lot of good reviews about Tassilli's online. It was one of my first stops I wanted to make, while I was in Atlanta. The service was horrible. I waited 2 hours for one wrap. I saw people who ordered after me, getting their order before me. It was unorganized. There was no apologies or anything to account for the poor service. When I was at the point of asking for a refund, so I could leave. I was told my order was finally ready. Once I finally got my wrap, it was delicious. That experience makes me not want to ever go back.

Waited hours to get the food I ordered online. It was over 35.00 dollars, all to get a spoiled wrap. Wasn't that good. I literally wasted money. Maybe its just not for me. Great music there tho, ordered online and got there on time, but still had to wait an extra hour.

Lovely spot in a historical neighborhood. I went to the West End location. It was my first time trying, and I'm not vegan, but I appreciate vegan food when it's good. I got a Big Yoshi. You get a lot of food for the price. Lines were slightly long, but it was worth it. The staff is super friendly.

I’m extremely frustrated and disappointed. Every single time I order from your restaurant on Uber Eats, you fail to include the BBQ sauce I specifically pay for. I order two sauces every time, $2.50 each, which means I’m being charged $5 for absolutely nothing. This isn’t just a minor oversight; it’s a repeated issue that shows you clearly do not pay attention to customer orders.

At this point, it feels intentional. You are consistently charging for an item you never deliver, and that’s fraud. It’s not just careless, it’s unethical. Customers are trusting you to fulfill what they pay for, and instead, you’re pocketing the money and ignoring the details.

It’s beyond irritating. It’s unacceptable, and it needs to be addressed immediately. You need to take accountability and implement better quality control. Start checking your orders properly. If you can’t deliver what’s paid for, you shouldn’t be offering it in the first place.

Do better. This kind of negligence is costing your business credibility and trust
