Be Warned! I was greeted by the best hostess in the business. I was seated and waited for my party. We were drawn to this place for the happy hour. Since they ran out of wings, I ordered the Asian Chicken Bowl, the menu price $15. Once my food arrived (10mins after everyone else) it was “decent”. Now it’s time for the bill…no itemized check, just the amount to pay. Hold Up! Why is my bill more than I expected. The server then showed me the itemized ticket, …and there it was Asian Chicken Bowl $18. I requested to see the menu to check the price. The menu never came after waiting 20mins. Finally a mgr came over and said “is everything ok”, I said no and explained the price difference…he said “it’s only $3”. Welp, that was basically saying don’t come back! He did ask are you good, I want to resolve it…the proper response should have been, let me adjust that for you. Sir, It’s just $3, it’s $3 plus tax, it’s $3 plus gratuity. I’m glad other patrons enjoy Taste on Pine, I just want you all to be warned and ask about menu prices. #principal. - Thank you for the Ai response. (smh)

The crab legs are terrible and it’s a minimum of $10 so they should advertise it as that instead of $5. But the DJ himself gets 5 stars the rest of the place gets 1 star.

Went as a group and we were treated very well. The owner, Ms. Kenya came and made sure we had all that we needed. One person had an issue with her salmon and the manager came and rectified it and all was good. The rest of us had the $5 crab leg special and it was good. Be careful when ordering sides with the crab legs, like potatoes and eggs. It's an additional $12 for 2 sides! The restaurant has a nice atmosphere but the area is sketchy. The parking was on the street and not the best. The security guy tried to charge a few in our group $40 to park and they parked down the street. They have specials when open Wednesday- Saturday, $10 lobster tails, 99 cent wings and $9.99 pasta. They also have hookah and karaoke and game nights. It's a very nice set up to enjoy good food and have a good time with friends.

Nice vibe, service was great. Crab legs were not flavorful at all. Plan cup of butter no real favor. BUT the chicken veggie egg rolls and Chicken poppers what I called them were GREATTTT very tasty. They had wings on the menu for appetizer but theses were boneless, and great. They have specials everyday. Drinks were good to me. I am a light weight so the drink specials were just fine for me. I would definitely go back for the vibe. We were there on Saturday just passed with a big party. Service was great!

If you haven't been here you're missing out. The ambiance is amazing and the food is impeccable, drinks are made well and strong they aren't stingy with the pour. Staff was very attentive and exhibited great customer service. I like that there's a call button on each table and your server is there within minutes to take care of your needs!!! I'll definitely be back!!!
