I ordered from here yesterday just to wake up to see I was charged a tip without my consent. The drink was $6 $6.36 with taxes. I guess someone was desperate for a $1 tip because the charge updated. I immediately disputed the transaction. I don’t care if it was a penny don’t take nothing off my card without my consent, that’s called STEALING AND THAT’S UNACCEPTABLE!

The product is terrible because it’s watered down and not made properly. The service is even worse. The girl with the dermal piercing must have been having relationship issues or something. She was on the phone by the register when I came and she had me waiting for her to finish her conversation before Ridley taking my order and throwing a below mediocre drink together. This is a waste of space.

I took Thai iced tea it tasted like water and When I tried to tell them they refused to do anything and apparently they had a no refund no change no swap policy.

Located right next to food court. Got the Mango Orange Smoothie, it’s sweet and slightly citrusy. The service was quick, would grab while shopping!

I went to get 2 Bubble teas from here today. I ordered 2 Strawberry Bubble teas. They filled it just a bit more than half and then filled the rest up with tap water from their sink. Now I’ve never ordered A Boba tea before so when I asked why they filled it up with tap water, the worker stated that’s how they make their Boba teas which was very odd to me. Against my better judgement I took a sip, both were immediately thrown out as it taste like thick strawberry flavored cough medicine. Will never go back again!
