This TCBY location is very nasty inside. It smelled of urine, everything was dirty. Last inspection was January 2024 with a 98 score but it would clearly be an F if inspected today. My strong suggestion, the store needs to be temporarily closed to renovate and clean and strip, wax the floors to get the urine smell out. Then reopen. I’d hate to see the store close for good as I can’t get the white chocolate mousse flavor anywhere else. Please clean the store then I’ll return.

I was visiting and working in Atlanta, Georgia, for the week, and a friend and I decided to order TCBY.
We ordered a chocolate yogurt with cookie dough topping, and I received a vanilla yogurt. We also ordered vanilla yogurt with Butterfinger toppings, but received vanilla yogurt without toppings. We called the store owner, and she was argumentative and rude. She was not helpful. She would not fix our order. She said she saw something different on her screen. I told her I would send her what I had on my DoorDash order screen to prove what I said, and she did not care. She stated that she had been in business for many years, and what we said did not matter.
She kept yelling and screaming at us.
We tried to give her an out several times, but she continued. So here we are. I would never revisit her store. And if I were you. I would not either.

They opened 30 minutes late, the place smelled funny, and was dirty. The poor lady behind the counter seemed stressed out and some of the soft serve machines were broken. However stressed she was she was still very friendly and helpful. Thankfully they had my childhood favorite white chocolate mousse flavor but it doesn’t taste quite the same as it used to. I used to frequent a TCBY off of Chamblee Tucker rd years ago and get this flavor all the time then one in Roswell before it closed. This company looks to be a dying breed which is such a shame as it used to be a fantastic product and the menu is still quite diverse. There used to be many stores around ATL but now there’s just this one left on the Northside. Maybe somehow it can get turned around, I hope soon.

Went here during Normal working hours and it was not open. Seems they do not take hours seriously as other customers acted as if this was normal and left. Waste of a lot of time, effort, and traffic for nothing.

I worked here and the mom which is the owner was very rude to me at times but was said to look over cause she has her days and had to wait on a paycheck when I got there to get my check it was a personal check no date or none on it so I had to just take a loss on it and I would recommend a dog to work for this place ... You already paying 11 a hr for 15 hrs a week and they want to play with someone money and I will be calling BBB on this company

This TCBY location is the best hidden gem for delicious and healthy desserts that we've found in the Atlanta area. It's always a pleasure to go here; the employees are kind, helpful and good-natured. It's nice that there's plenty of parking too.The flavors have few artificial flavors or ingredients. The soft serve chocolate is flavorsome and smooth with a splendiferous texture. I am really partial to the Heath bits topping and especially the raspberry cups, which are like mini PB cups with a raspberry filling. I haven't found those anywhere else.I also really appreciate the cleanliness of this store, I've trended away from going to the self-serve froyo places because of people, mostly kids, being gross with the self-serve (licking the dispenser, for example). So I'm back to preferring the froyo be served by someone behind a counter. Anyway, TCBY is a classic for a reason and it holds up remarkably well. Indulgent and light. Highly recommended.
