Was trying to introduce a friend to Ted's who has never been before. Extremely underwhelming dining experience.
Started with ordering drinks. The first drink that was brought out had visible ranch salad dressing inside the sides and bottom of the cup of tea. Brought it to bartenders attention and she repalced it. Tough start but OK.
We finally get to a point where we can order our food and ask for the salads and appetizers to be brought out before our main dishes. About 45 mins later my food starts coming out what felt like reverse order. My main meal came out first, followed by my salad that came out 5-10 mins later that came with only half a container of salad dressing and then my appetizer (chili) came out last and cold about 10-15 mins after. Additional dressing or condiments has to be "ordered" so had to wait 5-10 mins for each condiment request. My food also came out 10-15 mins before the rest of the table.
2nd person at table specifically ordered a salad with a steak on top. Her order was delivered to the wrong guest at the bar and the food that was brought to her was made exactly how she said she did not want it made (ordered a steak salad instead of a burger salad) Random guest at bar got steak salad while she got the burger salad. The theme of having food runners who did not know who ordered what at the bar continued through the night.
3rd Guest ordered a Medium Steak with brocolli, a baked potato and a side salad. When the food started coming out for her we were only then notified that the restaurant was out of baked potatoes and that she could order a different style of potato. We obliged and she ordered mashed potatoes. Not even 2 mins later there is someone running out to the bar asking if someone ordered a baked potato with baked potato in handđSteak came out rare, was sent back to be cooked further then the steak was returned well done. Comment was even made by staffer about it being overcooked when she brought it out but seems like she was hoping that we would just accept it anyways. Had to be sent back and removed from check. Side salad never made it out but still made it on the check. Was properly removed from check.
Overall, not the best experience. Did not seem like other Ted's that have been visited in the past. While it was busy, our dinner with the restaurant seemed slovenly and unorganized. Might be an outlier experience but felt like we were in the middle of a "Kitchen Nightmares" episode.

FOOD POISON âźď¸âźď¸âźď¸âźď¸After experiencing issues with my food, I decided to stay and eat but suffered FOOD POISONING and the manager refused to acknowledge this or give a refund after my husband called and told him. Iâm guessing the manager figured he compensated enough by bringing out another plate , even though my food was overcooked from the beginning. However, I immediately was nauseous and forced to spend half of my time in the restroom at the restaurant⌠vomiting, diarrhea, sweats and body soreness once I ate their food. The health department should perform a thorough check with this restaurant after yesterdayâs experienceâŚ. FOOD POISONING is no joke and itâs definitely not worth $65.00

This was my first visit to this location. The hostess was friendly, lightly dimmed and ambiance was inviting. Our server was nice and the meal was delicious however, while waiting for our bill we overheard the server next to us explain to the customers âtodayâs special isâŚ.â I was disappointed that we werenât told of the specials because there was a 95% chance of us ordering it. This will not deter me from returning. Iâll just have to make sure I ask if they have specials next time!

We made a reservation for 715, waited until 755 and they still couldnât seat us. The manager hid in the back and left the host to tell us nothing and offer us nothing for the huge inconvenience. Absolutely unacceptable

Always love a good Tedâs bison burger! Even so, this location is not one Iâll return to dine. Kept getting served unsweetened tea, burgers were over cooked and the drinks were low quality liqueur (last one is probably all locations so I wonât order cocktails at Tedâs anymore). That being said the staff was great!!

The place seemed nice. Servers were good. Was very interested because menu looked good. Just a little bit disappointed of food. For the high price you have to pay the food should've been spot on, but wasn't. I had a buffalo steak and burger. Both times asked for medium rare and came out well done. Portion sizes are tiny for prices also. My sides were kids meal portions. Would have hoped for better.

Walked in, host wasn't the friendliest. The fung shui of the restaurant was not appealing. Would've sat at the bar, but I don't like to sit with my back to the door, and that was the only available seating at the high-top bar. Needless to say, we ended up eating next door at The WoodAll.

I came in with high hopes and left feeling disappointed. I ordered the brick chicken plate with asparagus and parmesan cheese broccoli. The chicken was seasoned but a little dry and the broccoli was a measly four pieces of broccoli with parmesan cheese sprinkled on it. The asparagus was what I liked the best. It was tasty. My friend ordered the cedar plank salmon with french fries and mash potatoes and gravy. The salmon was watery inside and tasteless. The potatoes were good but the gravy was extremely salty. The french fries werenât terrible, just a little too crunchy. This is not a cheap restaurant, at $20 plus dollars a plate I expected better. Even though the food was sorely disappointing, I was happy with the service. Our server was friendly and attentive and the dinning area was clean. This was a 3/10 dinning experience for me. I will have to try them another time.
They had to replace all the staff at this location due to stealing from cards. So if you like a bit of theft with your generic chain restaurant food, this is the spot for YOU.
