This has become my go to stop every time I am travelling through the Atlanta Airport. Off the menu order. They make a good Peach Margarita.

Some of the worst service I've ever experienced. We had a 3 hour layover and wanted to get food and drinks. We love breweries and the food sounded good so we figured this would be a good go. We were very wrong. We sat down at the bar and there was only 1 other couple in the restaurant. The bartender barely greeted us and was very dismissive. When we asked about the seasonal rotation and what kind of beers some of the ones we were weren't told anything, just dismissed. Everything the bartender said was condescending and rude.We really wanted to try the food and beers but I refused to be treated so poorly when all we did was sit down and say hi, then ask about the seasonal rotations. There are so many other places to eat and drink at the Atlanta airport. Avoid Terrapin.

If Buffalo Wild Wings is slammed next door and you’re just looking for a quick sandwich and a drink, it’ll do. A little bit dirty around the bar, but Sucandra (bartender) was the only employee I saw (don’t get me wrong, she was very polite and did well overall). Ordered the Turkey Ruben and a Tarrapin pale ale. Wasn’t anything to write home about, but not bad. Kind of a quieter spot if you’re waiting on a flight and just looking for something simple and quick.

Waited over an hour and a half until we had to leave for our flight and never received our food. Restaurant had one server and one bartender (maybe the cook too?) so I am not surprised that things were slow. But it was 15 minutes until we were even acknowledged by the server, another 15 minutes until she took our order, and then finally said "Your food will be here in five minutes" almost an hour later. That 5 minutes turned into 15 when we left.

Waited 30 mins and no one even acknowledged me. Enjoy being miserable, the place downstairs served me right away! And by the way I ran up a fat tab downstairs, and gave a good tip to that kind waitor ? hey, you lose some and you lose some am I right?

Lovely food. Great selection of their own beers. Feels like a proper bar instead of an airport bar.

We sat down during the typical lunch hour and were not able to order. They did not have any food.

Was about to smile and compliment host until I was rudely overlooked and yelled at with both eyes on their cellphone, I’ll rate the food a 2 since we were loudly and aggressively told upon arrival that they weren’t serving food so I didn’t get to try anything, but I get off of a long flight, I’m 20 years old, my boyfriend is 23, I’m a bartender myself and usually have no problem being told I cannot sit at a bar since I am not of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages until 2 months. I wanted a soda water with lemon, boyfriend wants a beer! Aggressively told to move from the bar after I told him I was 20 and planned on a Soda! That’s okay! We sit down, bluntly asked to place an order and my boyfriend needs a minute, says he wasn’t ready and the HOST/BARTENDER/Miserable LGBTQ person up front with long crusty purple nails tells us we cannot be here without buying anything! Hadn’t given us a drink list, told any specials or even a smile damn, I know it’s hard to be in the service industry, I’ve been serving since 16 and bartending now for two years! It sucks! Never would I treat anyone like actual rats, or dogs. Man it made me feel awful. We were told to go literally anywhere else… it was weird. I hope no one else gets yelled at.

Will was my bartender and was SO sweet, fast, personable, was able to keep it professional while also being relatable. He just makes you feel relaxed in a busy atmosphere. Plus Terrapin beer is god tier. I was unable to order food, but the menu looked really good!

I wish I'd known this was in another terminal, our flights were delayed and this would have been the best option to spend our 5 hours if we'd looked sooner. Great beers, good food options. We shared the pork nachos and they were fabulous. The only downside was they had only one lady covering the whole place, which for an airport location is not great. She did really well keeping up, but you could tell some people were frustrated in the wait times to either get a refill or especially to tab out. We also had a hard time getting the food ordered besides numerous eye contacts and nods, but it's because she had so much to take care of in her own. So if you're in more of a rush just be prepared to not keep a tab open so you can ditch when needed.

The service was great considering they only had one server for the entire place! They really need to get more people working there. The beer was great and food was decent.

Food was better than expected. Just very understaffed. The servers did their best. Just very difficult for 1 person and 1 chef to handle an entire bar. Food was above average. The beers were fine. Could have been a lot worse.

Server Pamela was doing a great job and was all by herself handling the bar orders. Every seat at the bar was filled so that naturally created a challenge for any server forced to work alone. My reason for visiting this location (and for my first time) was due to the marketing signage in the Atlanta airport. I'd never tried the Terrapin brand and I figured this would be a good time to experience it. The first introduction was to hear, "We have no Terrapin draft, and limited cans". Some other drafts were out as well. When it's in the business name, it would be assumed that brand would be available. Since I was not able to be introduced to what the signage encourages, I ended up ordering a simple, and over-priced, domestic beer while waiting for my flight to begin. For me, that creates an average experience.

Decent prices for an airport restaurant. Location is the second floor out of the high traffic area. Food was good and service was attentive.
