Went for a birthday celebration and security was very rude to my guest at the bar. He followed us as if we were criminals the entire time. The food we had took like it seemed hours after our order was taken. The food had been sitting for quite some time by looking at the melted cheese. Just was not a enjoyable evening 😕

Food and service were extraordinary and the view/ambience is second to none. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and because of his detailed explanations, we tried several dishes that we may not have otherwise. The chef came out several times to check on us and to make sure we love the food which we really appreciated. it was also kid friendly, which I appreciated. I scheduled a reservation for my mom's birthday and had my toddler and one month old with me. I called to confirm that it wouldn't be a issue.They were very welcoming and accommodating. We went for dinner right at 5 PM so there weren't many people there and it was the perfect time for our family.

I am going to be completely honest. Me and my friend came here for dinner, absolutely lovely place, nice and clean and pretty skyline view. But the customer service was so awful, we were waiting for someone to get us seated for a while when it wasn't busy at all. The sliders honestly were really good and the kitchen staff did a good job on that, the mushroom risotto not so much. When it came down to get our check nobody came to check on us, we had to flag someone down and one waiter completely ignored us. Overall food was good but definitely need to improve on customer service.

Tesserae is an absolute gem! I first visited the night before Valentine’s Day and was blown away by the atmosphere, food, and stunning Atlanta skyline views. When my daughter’s birthday came up, I knew exactly where to celebrate and the experience exceeded all expectations. The staff, especially Manager Kiara, went above and beyond to make it memorable. Whether for a special event, date night, or a classy evening out with friends, Tesserae is a must visit! I Highly recommend!!

Beautiful roof top. The staff say that you need reservation to sit outside but they seemed to accommodate us after back and forth, once we showed them several sofas being empty and people coming in and sitting there.
Hope the staff get their act together and leave the outside seating for first come first serve or strictly enforce reservations

Went for the Filet Mignon (medium rare) & Steak Frites…superb! Greeted by the Chef as if we were in 1st class! Plus, the views from the top are hard to beat! Great staff and food…definitely going back!

I visited this establishment once before for drinks and decided to return to try the food — a decision I truly regret. We ordered a variety of dishes, and not a single item met even basic expectations. The food was bland, poorly executed, and tasted as if it had been sitting out far too long. Frankly, fast food from a drive-thru would’ve been a better culinary experience.
To make matters worse, the prices are absurd given the lack of quality, and the service was inconsistent and inattentive. For a place that presents itself with a certain standard, the reality fell drastically short. There’s no excuse for food this bad at these prices. Significant improvements are needed across the board — from the kitchen to the front of house. I won’t be returning.
