Let me be specific (the rude lady is light skinned with braid) She's first told us at 8:15pm we would be seated next a few minutes later she told us that we couldn't wait inside like other people she said we have to wait outside even though we was next! We refused to move a few minutes later she told us that we would not be seated because larger parties were arriving and that the would give them our table. She said that we probably would Not be seated tonight at all! We told her that wasn't going to happen and we wasn't going anywhere. *Rude Hostess Lady greeted some friends of hers 2 groups of ladies, telling them that they would be next and pointed at the same table she said was ours and kept telling other people arriving that they would have to wait long time obviously trying to get people to leave Another lady apologized said we would be seated immediately, the rude lady argued with her afterwards, the lady said follow her to the table as we was sitting down she told us to get up go back to the front waiting area! I asked the rude lady What the World is going on!?? She told me to move to the Front because she said so and that I was blocking the walkway. Another argument with the rude lady and the other hostess team members happened. The Manager went over to stop the argument and fix the seatings arrangements, Finally at 9:15 we was seated. This is totally unacceptable and ridiculous behavior from any member of a restaurant. Let me be clear I do not expect to see her there after this week!!! Owner of Spice remove her asap I originally met the Spice team a the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival, last year I was so impressed with the food I shared my experience with a couple hundred business people in my network. i was so excited to finally get a chance to eat dinner and music as yesterday was my Birthday!! so disappointed and embarrassed my family flew all the way from Dallas Texas to celebrate

This was our first time visiting Atlanta as a couple and stumbled across this amazing spot.. the music was great..customer service was very good and the food was delicious.. will definitely return when I'm back in the city

I had a wonderful Bahamian server who was especially kind as she took my order. We ordered oxtail pasta and I took advantage of the crab leg special. The dishes were amazing! They even give you gloves for the mess you are going to make. I will need a plastic bib for the next time I go with crab legs simply because they are so good but make a MESS! I'll definitely be back soon. Great job.

My friends and I came here for the $5 crab legs happy hour (4–7 PM), and that was honestly the highlight of the night. The crab legs were good and you can order multiple rounds for the table, which made it a great deal. The lemon drops were also really good, so those two things were definitely the best part of the experience. Our server Terry was excellent. She was attentive, checked on us often, kept us updated, and made sure we had everything we needed. She really did a great job and was one of the reasons the experience stayed pleasant. However, the overall vibe and service from the host staff wasn't the best. A man was seated in a booth next to us, and shortly after sitting down the host came back and told him he would have to move because they needed the table and thought he would sit at the bar. It came off very rude and awkward since he had already been seated. Later two people were seated in that same booth, so it was confusing why one person couldn't sit there but two could. The place also felt like it attracted more of an older crowd than expected, and it didn't really have the lounge vibe it appears to have on social media. The hookah wasn't good at all, and overall the atmosphere didn't feel like somewhere I'd rush back to. Overall: crab legs and drinks were good, and Terry was a great server, but the vibe and experience didn't quite match what's portrayed online.

We had a great time! The only issue was the live band was a bit too loud. They played great music tho. Me and my friend had to text each other because we couldn't hear over the music. Maybe a different table would have worked out better for us but all seats were filled 8/10 recommend

Horrible experience. The host was rude, the place was so loud you couldn't even think. Sat for 30 min with no service while the waitresses literally go around our table to serve other guest, even guest that came in after us. Ive never been in any restaurant anywere in my entire life where the waiters or waitresses dont atleast acknowledge that your present. Felt like that was purposely done for reasons i dont know. My wife and I ended up walking out. Never again will i try this place or recommend it to anyone!!!!

Sat for 45 minutes be without order being taken, owner came to table offered a drink but when tab came says he did not say it was free smh. But offered to give a free drink. I declined because the first drink was horrible. The music was so loud you were screaming at the person next to you and the 5 leg clusters had only 4 legs. The crab legs was $5 so we won't complain they were good , a lil salty. The Brussels sprouts were over charred. Mac n cheese was good.
