Was down in the city and came across the colors tacos truck. And told myself i had to try them. And lawdt the carne asada was perfectly seasoned, juicy,and had a great smoky char. Love it topped with the fresh salsa, onions, and guacamole. Chef Patrick was kind and my taco experience felt like I was at home having street tacos. The service was quick . The truck is colorful clean had great music and a good vibe. let's not forget about the fresh churros. If I could I would eat here everyday. Thanks again Patrick

I had the pleasure of attending an event recently that featured this Mexican food truck, and let me just say—it was the absolute BEST! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Chef Mello, Nick, and Patrick went above and beyond with their service. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely kind, making sure everyone was taken care of throughout the entire event.
The food itself was outstanding—hands down some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had. Every dish was packed with authentic flavor, fresh ingredients, and cooked to perfection. You could tell how much pride and care went into everything they served. Guests couldn’t stop raving about it, and I can honestly say it elevated the entire event.
It wasn’t just the food that stood out, though. The overall experience—delicious meals, warm hospitality, and amazing customer service—made this food truck unforgettable. Today I had the absolute BEST experience at Texas Taco Food Truck when they came to Alpharetta High School for homecoming! Chefs Patrick, Nick, and Mello went above and beyond for me. When my payment gave me issues, they were a blessing, and were so patient. That kind of kindness and generosity is rare, and it truly made my day.
On top of their amazing service, the food was excellent—fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. You can tell they love what they do and take pride in both their cooking and their customers.
If they're ever in your area, stop by and order one of their delicious tacos or quesadillas. Even their lime salt seasoned fries are delicious and all of their prices are reasonable.
