Utter slop. This place was packed to the gills and one or two servers trying to get food out the door. Just awful. Ordered 3 burgers just alike with fries. They were all different kinds, dregs of cold fries from yesterday. Cost a fortune too. Raggedy place. This was in the E terminal

Sad! Limited menu. Paper cup, plastic fork, no butter or jam for toast until requested. Ordered dry scrambled eggs, received wet gloppy mess. The only way eggs were served was scrambled. I'm guessing mass production. I would have been better off at a fast food spot. Poor value and service.

Terrible food, Awful service. The worst. We wanted tgif sampler (Chicken Ribs And shrimp)...Not possible we were told. No ribs available. OK how about just extra chicken and shrimp? We were served the driest, most disgusting shrimp and chicken "nuggets". It was awful. And the waitress could barely hide her contempt. Do not spend your hard earned money at this place.

The wait staff could care less if more tables had dirty dishes and dirty plates on it then clean tables. Wait staff was sauntering around like they were watching a soap opera in their house. The wait staff and the hostess figured for five minutes over how to seat 4 or 5 people and where to sit them either table number 33 or table number 34 or table number 35 meanwhile they were all dirty. Luckily the bar was open. He was the only one who knew what was going on. The girls ... nah ...

A large group of us met for the first time in the airport before a trip. The staff kindly moved tables together so we could include everyone. The food quality of my salad could have been better because some of the salad was brown. The server was kind enough to provide separate checks.

In between flights needed lunch. Typical TGIF menu and food. Not so typical repartee between manager and staff. Theybwere having fun and it was infectious. I would go back just to be served by this brew.

What a delight to enjoy a meal at TGIFridays here at Atlanta Hartsfield Airport after a long flight. Our server, Jennifer, was delightful and friendly, as a matter of fact, everyone was friendly! She made our experience exceptional, make sure to ask for her. Our food was excellent and very reasonably priced and came out of the kitchen promptly. The view of all the planes and airport operations was interesting as well. Everything was quite a contrast to many airport dining choices that are overpriced with surly help and lousy food. Our appreciation to the entire staff at TGIF and especially Jennifer. Best of luck on your singing career!

The tgi fridays in the Atlanta airport lived up to high expectations. It was packed but managed to still deliver very good service. I’ll stop here again.

Always a fan of TGIF and needed a quality meal. The hostess wasn't very friendly, not rude but not friendly. My server was the opposite. Friendly, prompt and a big smile. Markeita was awesome. My food was perfect, as expected, and came out fast. They do a good job of social distancing if that is important to you.

Came here for lunch on a Friday. It was busy since it was just about noon and it's obviously a busy airport, but Inwas able to grab a seat at the bar within about 5 minutes. Zennifer was the person who took my order and she was fabulous. For as busy as she was, she was super attentive. I had the whiskey chicken sandwich with fries and it came out pretty quick and was super tasty. Zennifer even asked if I wanted a to go soda upon leaving. Awesome food and awesome service. I'll be back.

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Food came as ordered and was good. Pretty quick in and out visit. The staff at the counter/ bar worked together flawlessly. Hats off to their excellent teamwork.

The wife and I stop here for breakfast since we had a 2 hour wait in connecting flight to Sacramento. The service was good, and the breakfast was traditional American; I was not disappointed in the meal. I enjoyed the "large" cups of coffee they serve. I will continue to stop there for breakfast whenever I travel through this airport.

Greeted nice and seated quick. Server quick with beverage but food took so long. When I finally got it the presentation was good. The few bits I ate were ok but left most due to the time it took to get food.

Usually we have to scurry through the airport but this time we could sit and relax while we ate a real meal. We had the best ever waitress, Gina Starling. She and Fred, her cohort, were absolutely fabulous. Checked on ingredients for my wife, came back with extra napkins and generally took extra care with us. Gina is a hard working keeper, TGIF management! And the Whiskey Burger is the best burger anywhere. It is cooked to order and excellent. So is the Cinnabon cheese cake with vanilla bean ice cream. Goodness. I rarely order hamburgers anywhere especially fast foods but this one really is one you must try. Thanks, Gina, for making our day!

Very Disappointing Breakfast Staff was nice and friendly. Ordered a breakfast and coffee. Coffee came in a nice mug but was very bitter. It would hav taken a gallon of sugar to fix. I sent it back but was still charged for it. Breakfast was eggs OM, toast, hash browns and bacon. All as I would expect except bacon. Paper thin, under cooked and only only about 4” long. Very pathetic. You usually can count on this food chain but not for breakfast.
