Online ordering from TGI Fridays is a nightmare.
I was near the E gates, ordered from the E gate address on their website. As soon as I confirmed my order it says pick up at F. There is no way to email or contact for cancellation of the order. I asked in the airport and was told to go get the order near F. Once I went all the way there I was told there is none in F terminal.
I continued calling more than 20 times, selecting place an order, pick up and order, or other questions. My calls were never answered. The employee at the E gate location said she has seen this happen several times before and the only option was contact them by phone or go to the domestic terminal to pick it up or cancel in person and go back through security.
I will not be eating at a TGI Fridays again.

I travel every month and I stop often at this place and invite my folks eat here too but bc Ray super bad customer service I won’t stop here anymore. I made an order to go and i was waiting in the table and i less than a minute she told me that is only for eating even with less than half a occupancy at the restaurant then my girlfriend came with the baggage and I change my mind for stay eating then she told me that bc I already ordered and it’s by tip and can go to the other buffet such unprofessional, 0 feeling for looking us with multiple bags and really bad responses. Fire her or give her at least a serious warning. Bc I’m sure that she been doing the same or worst around

I ordered salmon plate comes with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Salmon was ok, but broccoli was CRAZILY salty just like eating salt and mashed potatoes were not fully heated, still frozen inside.
Waiter service is great.
Overall it’s not worth the money eating here. I’d prefer Burger King or McDonald over this restaurant. Always check reviews before sitting there and order!

What a great crew tonight! The drinks were great, food was great and just the overall vibes from the crew were so cohesive even 1 hour til closing. Never felt rushed or overlooked

Bartender picks and choose who she wants to serve to when their supposed to be closed!
Furthermore : establishment suppose to close at 11 pm . People are still drinking full cups of drinks at 12:15 pm .
I just wanted one drink while I waited for my mom to land .

This is a review for the TGIFridays located near baggage claim area at Atlanta Hatsfield in GA Airport. Our account was double charged for our meal, and when calling to dispute this with the restaurant there is no answer at all! Called other customer service numbers listed online as well and other TGIFridays listed online to assist me and still NO answers. I am going through my bank to dispute this charge. Shame on these employees, I believe this was an intentional fraudulent charge to our account by the staff. I can see from past reviews online that this has happened before to other customers. I hope this review reaches some management team member that actually cares about investigating incidents like this. We tipped our waitress very well as we always do , we take care of any waiters or waitress’s , so this is disappointing to see this behavior because it is our pleasure to tip and bless someone, so if this is intentional and fraud happening at the restaurant, you will reap what you sow.
TGIfridays, since y’all have poor customer service support we will never eat at a TGIFridays again. I’ll add the food was basic and not worth a second visit anyway.
Additional note: This is definitely fraudulent charges from TGIFridays located near baggage claim at Atlanta Hatsfield airport. The person basically tipped themself even though we gave them a very nice cash tip. We also crossed out that section on the receipt. Shame on them. Our bank will rectify this and lesson learned for us. As for the persons responsible, you will reap what you sow in time.

I am leaving this review on behalf of the man that hurled up his salmon dinner next to me on my flight. I think he didn’t enjoy the meal and I certainly didn’t enjoy it in its second iteration. He said that he thought his dinner looked off and he felt better instantly after expelling it.
They took twice as long and still no food. Had to go so i didnt miss my flight. Terrible service. 😡😡😡

The food and service were fine. I tipped 30% and upon checking my bank account, realized the bartender tipped herself twice. No one at this location or customer service will answer the phone to refund me the money they stole. Don’t tip here and if you do, keep your receipt for your bank.
