TGI Fridays

This is a review for the TGIFridays located near baggage claim area at Atlanta Hatsfield in GA Airport. Our account was double charged for our meal, and when calling to dispute this with the restaurant there is no answer at all! Called other customer service numbers listed online as well and other TGIFridays listed online to assist me and still NO answers. I am going through my bank to dispute this charge. Shame on these employees, I believe this was an intentional fraudulent charge to our account by the staff. I can see from past reviews online that this has happened before to other customers. I hope this review reaches some management team member that actually cares about investigating incidents like this. We tipped our waitress very well as we always do , we take care of any waiters or waitress’s , so this is disappointing to see this behavior because it is our pleasure to tip and bless someone, so if this is intentional and fraud happening at the restaurant, you will reap what you sow.

TGIfridays, since y’all have poor customer service support we will never eat at a TGIFridays again. I’ll add the food was basic and not worth a second visit anyway.

Additional note: This is definitely fraudulent charges from TGIFridays located near baggage claim at Atlanta Hatsfield airport. The person basically tipped themself even though we gave them a very nice cash tip. We also crossed out that section on the receipt. Shame on them. Our bank will rectify this and lesson learned for us. As for the persons responsible, you will reap what you sow in time.

I am leaving this review on behalf of the man that hurled up his salmon dinner next to me on my flight. I think he didn’t enjoy the meal and I certainly didn’t enjoy it in its second iteration. He said that he thought his dinner looked off and he felt better instantly after expelling it.

They took twice as long and still no food. Had to go so i didnt miss my flight. Terrible service. 😡😡😡

The food and service were fine. I tipped 30% and upon checking my bank account, realized the bartender tipped herself twice. No one at this location or customer service will answer the phone to refund me the money they stole. Don’t tip here and if you do, keep your receipt for your bank.

Vert the manager is extremely rude and almost caused me to walk out without ordering anything. I decided to get a drink from the bartender who ended up being very hospitable. Vert is a problem in that establishment and I have never come across such a rude manager, yes to my disgust that man was a manger and behaved in such an unprofessional rude manner! Unbelievable!

Manager would not serve me because I have a vertical id claiming it's illegal in the state of Georgia

Food was worth it for airport food, but Jalia was unnecessarily nice and helpful. It's a TO-GO in an airport. It's fastfood at 4X the price, but at least Jalia was heckin nice and made me smile. Do what you will with the rating, but if you're lost in the sea of mediocre money-wasting restaurants, go see Jalia and at least had your money to someone who isn't a jerk.

I placed a To Go order, it’s crazy they won’t even allow you to sit at the bar as you wait for your food. So unless I eat at “For Here” and be able to provide tips and whatever else, is only when customers you deem worry can sit at a table?

I waited about 8 mins for an appetizer so not to bad.

If I was elderly or showing at like 8 months pregnant (which I’m only 8 weeks and definitely didn’t feel like standing) I wonder if the rule would still apply.

The waiter was nice though. I just hate that they have a rule like that. Ridiculous.

Payton was a very good waitress.
Chicken Caesar salad with chicken was good. Onion rings and fried shrimp was good.

Loved sitting here and grabbing food in the airport for the flight. It is outside the terminal, but oh so worth it! Jhonnie was our amazing server!

We left the C terminal after nobody at Carrabas even acknowledged us. We immediately were seated by a very hospital hostess. Audriana was an amazing server- attentive with a high level of enthusiasm and recommendations for our drink selection and menu. Better than expected service by all
members of the team.
