Stood over us and pressured us into making a decision of what we wanted to eat because they were “closing the kitchen in 5 min, so we can clean up and get out of here on time.”

I was here Thursday night, November 30 from 9-10 pm. Courtney working the back was just what I needed after a long day! Great personality- I felt like my mom was taking care of me. She is amazing and energized me to make that last leg of travel! Courtney - Terminal B!!!!

Terrible treatment from the bartender at that time. During the night hours of 11/09/2023. The name of the company is tarnished with employees like that. The truth is, I didn't order food because I wouldn't enjoy it seeing and listening to how the employee makes noise, throwing all the things and speaking badly to the customers.

My family is a bunch of flight attendants so we come here a lot when they're flying through. It's always terrible service, but this time was particularly awful. I believe her name was Brittany. When we first sat down she told us it would be a minute, which is totally fine. 10 minutes later, she finally grabbed our drink and app orders. They were out of the first two beers on draft that I ordered. Then, we ordered pot stickers and mozz sticks. They were out of pot stickers. She goes to put in our beers that they did have and the mozz sticks. 15 minutes later, another person walks over and tells us they're out of mozz sticks, too. We never saw Brittany again and we never got our beer after sitting there for 30 minutes. Idk who's running this place but they suck at it.

Well your not allowed to sit her long or they take the menu before you can order or wait on the rest of your people to show up. I could understand if you were just trying to drink a water and hold up a table but I’m looking to feed a family of four and buy a few drinks but waitress is already trying to kick us out without even giving us the chance to look at the menus fully or order more then a water. At least next time I fly out of Atlanta I know to stay out of here.
