100/10 Experience at The Americano! If you're looking for a place that gets everything right, run, don't walk, to The Americano. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm, stylish, and very welcoming. Mr. Phil Huber and his team made our anniversary beyond special. The service alone deserves its own award ceremony. Every team member we encountered treated us like VIPs, and the attention to detail was next-level. Truly the best service I've ever experienced! The drinks? Perfectly crafted, balanced, and dangerously easy to enjoy. You can tell the bartenders take pride in what they do. The food...Every single dish was a 100 out of 10. Flavorful, fresh, beautifully presented, and downright unforgettable. We didn't have one thing that wasn't amazing. The Americano is officially at the top of my top-tier rotation. If you want an exceptional night out where the food, drinks, ambiance, and service all hit the highest note, Americano is just that place!

Had a great anniversary celebration. Our server, Mary Grace, was fantastic and very attentive, and she made sure we had an amazing time. We were quickly greeted after being seated and she surprised us with complimentary champagne glasses. Cocktails were on point. We started with the fritto misto, and we both loved it. For the main course my wife had the branzino and I had the roasted chicken; they were very tasteful and delicious. Also, the manager, Katy, kept checking on us, making sure we were having a good time. Before we were done with dinner, she also brought a complimentary mascarpone cheesecake with a candle to the table. It was a nice little detail and made us feel special. Overall it was a great dinner experience and we will definitely come back.

Our experience was amazing it was our 2 year wedding anniversary but actually 12 years together and we were greeted with a happy anniversary and I was excited about that but when they surprised us at the end of our meal with a anniversary treat that made my heart so happy. The food was an amazing and our waitress top knotch! She introduced us to some wines that we both adored and just all in all amazing!

The food was excellent. The server recommended the salad, and I tried it. It was different but good. I had the pasta, and it was quite tasty.

The three of us arrived at Americano for the prix fixe Thanksgiving special with great expectations because one of us had been there before and told us it was fabulous. Americano has a stunning dining room, but our experience was only good. Starting off, the servers were very slow to bring the bread service and we had to ask for the bread and butter plates. For appetizers, the salad was perfect but the butternut squash soup was not hot. They did offer replacements which we appreciated. Oddly one of the servers came by and laid down three more appetizer servings while we were still eating our ours. We actually had to point out that those were not for us as if it was not obvious. Our server had not noticed the mistake. We liked both dishes in our pasta course. For our main course the turkey dish had a wonderful stuffing, but most of the meat was dry and not tender. The short rib dish was excellent though. The side dishes were meant to be shared, and they were nice, but we had to ask for serving utensils and side plates. The three desserts we had were great; we liked those very much. To their credit the servers stopped by often to ask how we were doing. We could have mentioned some things, but you know how it is unpleasant to be complainers so we let minor things slide by. Apparently management became aware that our experience was not up to Americano standards and we were comped a round of cocktails and not charged for the drinks we had earlier. I think we will give the restaurant another visit, but when it's a regular night.

Our experience at Americano Restaurant was fantastic! My husband and I were celebrating our 20th wedding anniversary, and the service was truly phenomenal. The restaurant manager, Philip, personally opened a bottle of champagne for us, which made the evening feel even more special. He was wonderful, attentive, and made sure every detail was perfect. We absolutely loved Americano and would highly recommend it — whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply looking to enjoy a wonderful dinner any time.

New menu is a bummer. Food taste is good but greens inedible and chewy - so very expensive “fish only” dish left me esting a power bar 30 minutes later. I probably wont eat here again and will choose a different hotel for my Atlanta stays as wuality if food has gone downhill. Service not friendly either.

This restaurant is beautiful. We had outstanding service and the staff went above and beyond to insure that my fiance had a wonderful birthday dinner.

I have ate here before and it was great. This experience was horrible. It took them over 30 minutes to even come to our table. All of the staff walked past us and ignored us like we were not there. It took almost 45 minutes for us to get a water, they have discontinued some of the food items. They are still promoting on social media couldn't barely speak English. The food took forever to come out and it was not even hot. This was the worst experience ever and I was my husband here for a celebration and it was ruined.
