Very good experience. Food was good. Excellent service. If you visit you have to get the brownie with ice cream.

We worked with The Argonaut for oyster shucking at our wedding and it was a huge hit! The oysters were delicious (also the horseradish, yum). David was super easy to work with and I’d recommend to anyone who wants to have a mobile oyster station at any event.

I challenge you to find a better fish sandwich in GA. Cocktails are impeccable and vibe is amazing. Excellent spot. Only negative is that it is grossly UNDERRATED!!!!

Really good experience. Great food after valentines day brunch/ dinner situation. We got there a little earlier than our reservation and had only gotten acquainted with the dinner menu. Our server accommodated is since dinner was so close to the time we arrived. We did indeed run up a tab but it was worth it. It was reasonably priced fine dining situation. I enjoyed our server as he was very chill but also resourceful and if they were out of something he always offered another viable option that wasn't bad. I would try to describe what I ordered but... I'll just post the pictures and I'll say that it was all really good. I would definitely return.

We had a magical Valentine's Day dining experience at the Argonaut. ❤️ Being epicureans, we enjoy the finer things and food and the argonaut delivered on our dreams of divine taste sensation. We highlyrecommend the argonaut for date night or any other gathering of loved ones. The upstairs is a bit more cosy. Remember to request the upstairs when you reserve your table if you want a seat up
There. My boyfriend wanted up stairs but we couldn't get it. We had to give our compliments to the chef and ended up meeting the owners.

I thought it was going to be a fancy, “white tablecloth and men in jackets” seafood restaurant. In fact it is very casual - more of a bar that is family owned. I watched the Super Bowl here. The area, the historic Kirkland neighborhood, is very interesting and charming! The wine selection here was international and refreshing, as well!

Overall pretty disappointed by this place. Our server was nice enough but service was slow on a not-so-busy night. We ordered the Thai Chili Hush Puppies (good texture, meh flavor) and the Lomo Saltado (again, bland. An only came with 6 small pieces of steak). The drinks were the best part of the meal- nothing amazing just didn’t skimp out on the booze.

I found this place through a friend, everything was impressive. The ambiance, the food, the drinks. I had ceviche and wings, The drink was made of hibiscus flower. Service was top tier. The chef. OMG outstanding. My new favorite place.

Highly recommend the salads, hush puppies, and fish and chips, the latter of which were melt in your mouth perfect. Drinks are simple, but really tasty as well. Service was great, thanks Riley! Seafood roll left a little to be desired compared to other spots in Atlanta, but it was still good. Only complaint is that the music repeated songs and we were only there for an hour. It was also bad covers of good songs, just play the originals or play something instrumental if you want a house/techno chill vibe. Great place overall and will be coming back!

What a hidden gem! Cant believe i haven't heard of this place before. From the jump, the server, Riley, told us to give him a moment to set up a preferred table for us which we appreciated. Riley was very nimble and welcoming giving us room to enjoy our meal but was there when we needed him.

Food was phenomenal and I was respectfully not prepared for that given the dimly lit tavern atmosphere. The beet and papaya salad were delicious and refreshing. The fish and chips were the BEST fish and chips I've tried. The Cod was well seasoned and crispy while the fries were crispy with a soft center. How they got it perfectly textured without it being greasy was beyond me. The thai chili hushpuppies were soft and airy with the tangy thai sauce complimenting it well. The lobster roll was decent but under salted.

The drinks were pretty good and well poured. Strong and tasty.

My only dislike is the terrible music of covers of old pop songs. Please change the music i beg!

Overall, Id love to come back again and was really impressed by the food and service. Great job Riley and Argonaut!

The Poké bowl was delicious and my friends had Lemon pepper wings, which were great. We had Keylime pie and strawberry shortcake and chocolate Dubai cake for dessert, which were fabulous. Our waiter Riley was great. The owner Brandon came to a table and he was very personable and generally cared about his patrons

Completely disappointed in our meals! We knew we were in trouble when our Caesar salads came out. Bagged lettuce with store bought croutons and dressing. I ordered the seafood roll, Connecticut style. It was over cooked, over seasoned and very small for $25. The blackened fish sandwich was better. Never going back!

Food was decent. We recommend the hush puppies , pork belly bites, and the lobster mac. Everything had was gooooooood but the aforementioned dishes were the ones that really stood out. Staff as lovely and friendly. We came to celebrate my husband's birthday, I probably would've picked a more up-scale place as the argonaut felt fairly casual (though we also dined on a Tuesday evening). Overall we enjoyed our experience, but my husband probably enjoyed the food more than I - I personally thought everything was goooooood but not AMAZING. Price was decent. We left spending $200 for two but that's with a bottle of wine purchased, a burger, and SEVERAL raw bar and small plates.

The service was exceptional. The bartender made all the difference. He was polite, attentive and my martini was perfect. My food was quite tasty.
