we placed a large order on the web for pick up. Food was missing and we attempted to reach someone for compensation and no one at "The Bando" seems to care. Just like I wouldn't have gotten my order if I was $20 short, why would it be ok to short the paying customers of food then ignore requests to correct the error? I'm more disappointed than anything.

I came to this place for the first time on Sunday and I got the glizzy with the crack wings and the fried Oreos and that was some of the best food that I had I just moved here and hands down you guys have a permanent customer love you

I really wanted to support this Black-owned business, but the experience at The Bando was beyond frustrating. We placed an online order 40 minutes ahead, received a notification that it was ready, and arrived expecting to pick up our food—only to be told that they don’t even start online orders until you physically show them your confirmation. What’s the point of ordering online if I still have to verify in person before they begin making my food?
On top of that, the restaurant was unbearably loud, making it difficult to communicate. The guy behind the counter was incredibly rude, adding to an already frustrating situation. I was so irritated by the service that I didn’t even feel like eating the food when I finally got it.
It’s disheartening because I want to support Black businesses, but I refuse to support bad service. This was my first and last time at The Bando.
Wait 2 hours just for my food not to be fresh but the juice was decent. I ordered 2 14 pieces one was barley warm and one was cold 3.12.25 and they gave me one ranch with a damn 28 piece

I love the concept and atmosphere of this place. The line was long but they have a system to move you out quick! Lol. The wings are small with good flavor but anything that has spice over powers any other flavor. For instance, sweet and spicy is more spicy than sweet. My sister had the hot honey lemon pepper or something like that she only tasted spice. They were okay but not the best wings I've had in ATL.

The bando was giving with the music and vibes. Orders are made pretty quickly. I got the honey lemon pepper special. Nice size wings but they just tasted like they were fried and left soaking in the grease. The fries weren't done so I ended up trashing them. Maybe I chose the wrong flavor wings, idk. I had to try myself with all the mixed reviews. Because of the price, I may go back eventually and try a different flavor.

I won’t be back . Well maybe . I had been looking at the IG for a minute and thought that “crack” was like JJ’S fish or sumn but it’s powder sugar . I’m not a fan. I love the music cause it praise and worship but the customer service sucks. As my first time - I felt rushed. Even though we explained it was my first time. I ended up ordering just some Ranch wet wings - that was solid after ordering the classic crack wings .

Went two days back to back. The first time was better than the last .Seasons and crispness was missing the next day. Plus different fries. Yes something as small as Fries. Service was kool music was kool . HELL ITS THE BANDO By the way the CRACK WAS … man I asked for a 20 . YA FEEL ME✅

Also it’s over priced for wings that all fit in one hand lmao 🤣 idkno how they still open. Didn’t comment to hate just letting you know the food is trash.
