Last night, we sat at the bar, which was sticky and dirty from the last patron. I had to ask for it to be cleaned, as the bartender didn't notice as she served me.
We had to ask for water, several times. The food was underwhelming, had chicken, wings, and flatbread. We had chicken wings and flatbread. The wings were super tiny.
A glass of wine was $15

The bartenders were too busy socializing to take care of the guests. Training needed.

Cuby is awesome! I drove 5 hours for a business trip and was relieved to enjoy great service and relaxing atmosphere. If I'm ever back in the ATL area, I will definitely come back.

I stopped by for dinner on Monday and Tuesday nights, ordered to go. Only a couple of people by the bar for dinner so service tends to be quick and food took only about 15 -20 minutes to arrive. The good it's a nice dining area with outdoor patio the service is fast and the staff is courteous and helpful. The bad the food. In 2 days I have tried their grass fed burger, lemon honey wings, avocado humus and flat bread pizza. The burger was dry and had little flavor the wings were over cooked and tasted like old frozen chicken. The avocado humus was bland, confusingly served with some Orange slices and the pita chips it came with were hard and stale. The Margherita pizza was ok. Like not horrible frozen pizza but not what I expected. It's priced as a hotel "boutique" bar/restaurant. But definitely over priced based on the quality of the food served. To me is a miss, not worth stopping by as it is today.

Mediocre food. Very poor whisky selection. Cocktail menu woefully incomplete and drinks menu nonexistent. Excellent ambiance though, with outdoor seating. Staff knows nothing about whiskey, cognac, tequila, etc. - even with the basic ones they have. Overpriced for what it is (a shot of JW Blue is almost $100 with tax and tip).

The Barrel Room was nice to have dinner and a drink. I absolutely love the seating because it made you feel more at home. I had a daiquiri on the rocks and it was really good.Bartender was OUTSTANDING!

Barrel Room is a nice relaxing place to get a drink. I ordered the Manhattan and a Old Fashioned. Both drinks were made perfectly. Bartenders was very friendly and attentive. I only ordered fries, but there is other bar food items available. There's also a outdoors patio, if you want to enjoy the fresh air.

Wife and I are Elite members that stay at Hyatt weekly. This place is garbage. There is not one good staff member and we have never had a good experience. Tonight, we’re doing last call, 45 minutes before close because “we’re slow”! There were 25 people drinking at the bar. This hotel wants to be bougie but they fail at service miserably. Go elsewhere.
