Bucket Shop is THE place to be in Atlanta for Auburn football and basketball games - if you can't be in Auburn. The food is fantastic! Menu is full of delicious items to more than satisfy your bar-food hankerin's. Terrific Spirits, Beer & Wine. Servers and GM are friendly & attentive. It's more than a restaurant - it's family!

I came in before 11pm to order food and a drink for a special occasion—my friend's 40th birthday. The server never mentioned that it was Taco Tuesday, even though that could have been helpful info, especially since I'm pescatarian. He waited until 11 pm to tell me that the special wouldn’t be available. As someone who can’t eat most items on the menu, my only option was shrimp tacos... again. This experience turned what was supposed to be a celebration into a frustrating moment.
I believe every customer deserves transparency and care when dining out, especially when celebrating a milestone. This could have been an opportunity to go above and beyond, but it missed the mark. #CustomerServiceMatters #DisappointedButNotDefeated #PescetarianProblems"

Was a very good atmosphere to grab a bite to eat. As a former associate to work here. I'd encourage tou to keep moving don't waist tour time or money. The management that runs this business are not only unprofessional but discussing at preparing your food by not washing their hands and serving you on uncleaned dishes. I was a dishwasher they fired me after letting the cooks run dishwasher started bashing me for what they did till I fought one of them. Management never did their job also slandering my name by telling other associates that work there I stole from them. lying on me to his employees. THIS Manager's name is Sean I will encourage anyone that's looking for a job do not waste your time on working here the guy is very rude and disrespectful he talks a lot of s*** about everyone behind their backs very unprofessional as he talk s*** to me on the phone telling me the police is looking for me like like I'm hard to find with no proof I stole anything accessing me telling me telling me to not come back up there. I've been talking to a lawyer I will be working on suing them for harassment in the work environment and defamation of character for writing a false police report and not addressing the situation when he could have addressed it before it happened according to his management position. It's looks nice on the outside but it's really a dump restaurant because of the management

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. The customer service was terrible—we waited 20 minutes after being seated, and not a single person came to take our order or even acknowledge us. It felt like we were completely ignored. We ended up leaving because of the lack of attention. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you value your time and expect decent service.
Tida, Jenny, Jessica, and Savannah all take great care of me and my friends! Absolutely great staff! Love coming to this bar!

Don't go for the food! On a warm Saturday night in August, I sat myself outside and ordered the grilled chicken pesto sandwich with fries. Those fries were dry and the sandwich had no flavor at all. The service was nice, the price wasn't bad and had a nice atmosphere. Looks like a place for casual drink anyway. I'll probably try the philly next time
