Every aspect of the experience was flawless! Outstanding staff and service, gorgeous decor details, perfect music at the perfect volume, and of course, exquisite menu! Plus i got to meet the Head Chef, since we arrived before my birthday reservation. A perfect evening. Thanks Brassica!

The food was very pedetrian. The chairs were fabric was dirty and stained. There was a smell around my table that melled like stale water. Could not identify if it ws coming from the table or chair. I hope this experince is not a representation of the hotel quality and maintenance. I am unlikely to stay at this hotel based on this experince.

Roshad, our waiter, is the BEST!!! Roshad is very tentative and caring to the complete ding experience. Also impressed, head chef, came to table introducing himself.

Service was great. Food was horrible especially for them charging $180/person for Christmas dinner. The Amuse Bouche was very good. The French onion soup was not good at all which was disappointing being that it's a French restaurant. Beef Wellington was also very disappointing. I will say we ordered room service for breakfast one day which was very good.

We did the fixed menu for Christmas. This was our first experience at Brassica. For $180/person it felt a bit over-priced for what we had. Only three courses. The service was not great. We'd wait for each course and then immediately, upon receiving, get asked how it was or if it was to our liking. I'm used to more silent service in fine dining where the pacing is more thoughtful. We waited 35 minutes to get our final course. No one really engaged us on this except the server. No manager came by to check on the meal, nothing. One of the managers tried to give us someone else's bottle of wine (they were next to us) and then acted put out when we let them know it wasn't ours. It wasn't super busy when we arrived (5PM), so I was very surprised how slow everything felt and inattentive the wait staff seemed. I don't think we'll be back or recommending any time soon.

Absolutely the best Christmas Day dining experirnce we could hope to enjoy. Anthony, our drinks crafter at the bar, answered all our questions then gave us great advice on the various holiday cocktails. Roshad, our server, took excellent care of our every need during our entire, long, wonderful meal. Highly recommend!

Great server D. Per request food courses paced well. Tried several starters too! Nice room. Music was a little loud, and didnt fit the dining area (I know it's either chosen by bar or spillover)

One of us ordered bronzino and the other snapper. The difference in portion sizes was laughable. There were 2 very large filleted pieces of bronzino, and one tiny piece of snapper that looked lost on the plate. We actually did laugh at the difference. We were perplexed when we received the bill to see that they charged us for a second glass of iced tea. We just never saw that before. It was only $6 but the idea still baffled us. Like a refill of a coffee cup, typically one expects no charge for a refill. Little things like that leave a lasting (not good) impression.

This is not a Waldorf restaurant. First waited for almost 10 minutes to be greeted at the hostess stand. Had to ask the bartender if anyone was working. After being seated the service was slow and laborious. The food was good but not worth the price. Drinks took 10 minutes each round. Pathetic for a $20+ drink. After eating at the Waldorf in Cabo San Lucas, this place was a major disappointment. The service in MX was over the top. Instantly greeted, constantly served, and appreciation shown for dining at the establishment. Visit El Farallon and tell me you don't see a distinct difference in service.

The food here was amazing! The service was even better! I was brought out of my comfort zone and tried new things. Danna made me feel at home I look forward to coming back!

Came here for a business dinner after a conference. My colleagues and I were impressed with the bar staff's knowledge. The wait staff were slightly less informed on the menu, but everything we ended up with was great.

“This restaurant is an absolute gem! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented—every bite was delicious. The service was outstanding D’Anna was my favorite person very attentive without being overbearing and made us feel truly welcome. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for both a casual meal or a special night out. I can’t wait to come back and try more from the menu. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience!”

The Waldorf Astoria is truly exceptional. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the tuna tartare was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Their craft cocktail selection is top-notch—creative, balanced, and beautifully made. The service is outstanding, ask for Danna she knew the menu inside and out and was happy to make recommendations. The atmosphere is elegant yet inviting, and the live music adds the perfect touch, creating an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend especially if you’re leaving the spa or stuck in traffic a great place for a drink after the office!
