This is not a Waldorf restaurant. First waited for almost 10 minutes to be greeted at the hostess stand. Had to ask the bartender if anyone was working. After being seated the service was slow and laborious. The food was good but not worth the price. Drinks took 10 minutes each round. Pathetic for a $20+ drink. After eating at the Waldorf in Cabo San Lucas, this place was a major disappointment. The service in MX was over the top. Instantly greeted, constantly served, and appreciation shown for dining at the establishment. Visit El Farallon and tell me you don't see a distinct difference in service.

The Waldorf Astoria is truly exceptional. The steak was cooked to perfection, and the tuna tartare was hands down the best I’ve ever had. Their craft cocktail selection is top-notch—creative, balanced, and beautifully made. The service is outstanding, ask for Danna she knew the menu inside and out and was happy to make recommendations. The atmosphere is elegant yet inviting, and the live music adds the perfect touch, creating an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommend especially if you’re leaving the spa or stuck in traffic a great place for a drink after the office!

I never leave reviews…. but this time, I simply had to. From the moment we walked into the stunning lobby of this five-star hotel, we knew we were in for something special… but nothing could’ve prepared us for just how incredible the evening would be.
The fine dining restaurant, tucked beautifully into the heart of the hotel, delivered on every level, from the ambiance, service, and those unforgettable bites. We came in for just a light evening wind down, a few small plates and a drink, and ended up staying longer just to soak in the atmosphere!!!
Our server D’Anna was, hands down, THE highlight of the night. She was attentive without being overbearing, warm without being rehearsed, and genuinely passionate about the food and experience. It felt like she anticipated what we needed before we even asked and that kind of service is rare, and she definitely nailed it.
What also made the night so awesome, was the fact that there was live music… wow. A talented solo female artist filled the lobby with the kind of soulful, elegant sound that elevates the entire evening. Sipping a perfectly crafted cocktail while listening to her voice echo through the space? Pure magic.
This wasn’t just a quick bite to eat, it was an experience. One I won’t forget anytime soon.
If you’re looking for a place to be wowed, whether you’re staying at the hotel or just stopping by, this is the spot. A hidden gem in plain sight!!!

My wife & I dined here for her birthday. We had a phenomenal experience! Our server D’Anna decorated the table nicely for us (I called in advance) & and we were in a nice secluded area. We had the fried green tomatoes - delicious! I had the Red Snapper - amazing! My wife had the Pheasant with white rice & gumbo - HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Compliments to the chef! He brought dessert out to us personally, a spiced carrot cake and an apple creme brûlée both fantastic! My wife felt well catered to which was the expectation and Im greatly appreciative for everything you all did for us that evening!
Please ask for D’Anna because she was simply amazing and phenomenal as our server.

I haven’t had service like this in a while! My company had an event at a neighboring hotel so I stopped in for a quick bite. From the moment I walked in I was treated like royalty. The staff was so attentive and they knew that menu from front to back. Deanna or Diana (not sure how to spell and I regret not asking), was the star! Please ask for her when you go in. Everything I ordered was amazing! I didn’t take pictures, but I have plans on returning soon.

Checking the bill after dinner, it turned out they used a $75 shot of Macallan and not said anything. I called to clear it up and never heard back.
